Dr. Sze Pang is an excellent Dr. One of the best I have ever been to

I am seeing a lot of 1 star reviews, I guarantee that they're fake. Dr. Dodge is a incredible doctor and she cares.

Dr Dodge has been my doctor for probably 16+ years. She always spends time to be sure you are heard, interested in you as a human and a woman. She has helped me through many of life’s changes with compassion and patience.

Doctor Dodge delivered both my boys and has been my family's doctor for over 13 years. She has been an amazing support for all of us. She is responsive, caring, and incredibly knowledgeable.

I was with this doctor's office for 13 or 14 years. The doctor that owned this facility prior to the owner now was incredible! I LOVED Dr. Friedman! She delivered my first child. After I had my daughter in 2017, I had some trouble making my appointments. I was a new mom and had a full time job. It seemed that my memory was taking a hit to say the least. I was charged for every appointment missed, so it's not like they weren't making their money. I had explained my situation to the owner of the company telling him that I couldn't pay the rather large bill that he was charging me, and that the charges were not legitimate because I was being charged more than I should have been (I did pay for missed appointments). He said that I wouldn't have to pay the charges, but that I and my children could not be patients there anymore. I explained to him that I was having a really hard time with all of my new appointments on top of being a new mom and working full time and that I was most comfortable with our current doctor there because I'd been with them for so long. I explained that I have a very hard time switching doctors and that I felt that it would jeopardize our health to have to switch doctors with a new baby. He did not care. He was cold and short with me. He did not offer any alternatives or recommendations or even try to work with me. He just told me sorry, that he had to protect his doctors from patients like me (who frequently miss their appointments). My sister was seeing them at the time that this all happened. Her and her family started seeing another doctor at another practice after this. She said that she was not very happy with their services to begin with and that she thought that some of the staff was rude, but the way that the owner handled my situation was her turning point. This was about three years ago now, so I am not sure if the doctors there are different now, but I can tell you that when I was a patient there, most of their doctors were awesome! There were a couple that had very poor bedside manner. If it helps, I am a registered nurse and am familiar with handling situations like this, and this was a very poor way of handling this situation in my opinion. Me and my children now have different doctors. Dr. Michael Patterson with Christus St. Vincent Entrada Contenta is an amazing pediatrician! My teenager and toddler both see him.

I have been seeing Dr. Dodge for years and she is an incredible doctor passionate about her practice and the care of her patients. I am an OB nurse and first met her while working together in the hospital and this led me to choose her as my personal doctor because I saw her drive, passion, and knowledge and knew I would be in good hands as her patient.

After being here for 8 years. They call to let me know I am not a valued customer and I need to find another doctor for myself and my son. To be honest I was never happy with them anyways. They gave me very poor advice even to the point that I had an unnecessary surgery. Never felt like they really cared much, always felt like we were just a paycheck to them. Cancelled on us all the time, could never get in when my son was sick and the wait was up to an hour past our appointment EVERYTIME.

Rita Dodge is a profoundly rude, unethical, angry woman and I regret exposing my child to her. If you are interested in compassionate, kind, friendly bedside manner for yourself and your children, keep looking.

I have benefitted enormously from having Dr Dodge as my doctor over the past 15 or so years. Not only am I healthy as a horse at 80, but she has both gently and enthusiastically helped me change my (bad) habits. She is a personal doctor in a time of clock-watching and production counts.

Zero stars an option? If you want a doctor who is careless with your life and the life of your baby, this place is for you. There’s a reason her nickname is Dr.Doom. Wouldn’t wish this place on my worst enemy.
