Dr. Biggs has retained my payment of $3000 for services for nearly two years while refusing to do the work, answer any phone calls, or even unlock the doors to her office. Her entire staff (which was wonderful) quit en masse in the summer of 2021. The new staff quit six months later. Dr. Biggs treats both patients and staff with utter disdain and is the most unprofessional and callous person I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with in a business setting. She also has a terrible tremor and should not be performing these types of procedures on patients. Perhaps that is why she never answers the phone and always keeps the doors to her office locked during posted business hours. I reached out to Dr. Biggs more than a dozen times to settle this matter before going public or escalating it further. It is unfortunate that she refused to even acknowledge me. I now have no choice but to file a complaint with the medical board and first district court.

Dr Biggs is great. The process took 10 sessions. I am very happy with the results.

Today I completed my 5th session for a tattoo removal. From the very beginning Dr. Biggs was attentive to making sure that I understood the complete procedure and more importantly the reality that this would take multiple sessions with the appropriate time to heal in between each appointment. After 5 sessions I am so pleased with the progress. It has lightened my spirit to have this heavy tattoo go away. I am so very happy I’m doing this and I am really grateful that I have the skilled hands of Dr. Biggs holding that laser! I’m also grateful that I can really see that one day this tattoo really will be gone! Thank You Dr. Biggs!

I had a lovely experience with Dr. Biggs. She gave me a Glacial Facial and procedure felt fantastic and the results were great. She was thorough and skilled. I found her to be kind and respectful and will go back again.

On 3-30-22 I purchased the following product at Santa Fe Vein and Med Spa: PICO Full face resurfacing (focus lens) which included 3 laser sessions for $750 each. My first session was on the 3-30-22. Dr. Biggs herself did the procedure. She shared with me she had fired all her staff because they were stealing from her and the clients. I found this very unprofessional from her. The whole business was empty, not even a secretary. Second appt. was on 5-9-22 (she wanted to cancel it via text when I was driving to my appt. but I was already at the parking lot so I was seen sadly for less time). I have been trying to schedule my 3rd pre-paid appt. since then via phone calls, leaving voice messages and even recently text messages. Nobody has even answered my phone calls. I finally got a text message by a person named Jonathan (2-17-23) who assured me I could be seen on 3-22-23 at 1 pm. So I agreed via text. On the same day of my appt., Dr. Biggs texted me to cancel. I have tried to call since then to rescheduled with no luck (left several voice messages and a text message, with no response). When visiting the business in person with a friend on 4-14-23 to ask for a solution, Dr. Biggs in very rude manners asked us to leave since we did not have an appt. and suggested to call the same number I had been calling (unsuccessfully) to schedule a new visit. She called us "intruders" and asked us to leave otherwise she would call the police (all witnessed by my friend and another client). I have read this is typical where clients purchase a packet but she does not complete the full treatment and keeps the money. Sadly, it happened to me. But never again, adiós Dr. Biggs! (I filed a complaint with the BBB).

I have had the best care and attention from Dr Biggs. I have a large and regretful tattoo that I wanted to just disappear . Dr Biggs was thorough in explaining the procedure and I felt confident to put my trust in her hands. I am so happy with how this whole process has unfolded. Dr Biggs has been professional, meticulous, focused and compassionate with my care. I highly recommend her to help you get that tattoo you regret ever getting- removed.

Went in for a job interview which lasted all of 5 minutes and being interrupted. Dr. Biggs was very unprofessional and I felt judged the moment I walked in. Dr. Biggs, You saw my resume so if it wasn’t up to your standards, you shouldn’t have wasted my time asking me to go in for an interview. I am a licensed and professional Esthetician; fair warning for all those who consider applying for a job at this establishment.

The nicest people and incredibly knowledgeable. The only people in New Mexico offering the Glacial Rx treatment! Highly recommend.

I'll start off by saying I made a really bad decision by tattooing my neck with my partner name. Long story short we are no longer together but I have this name on my neck and every time I see myself in the mirror I see them.... I came across Santa fe Vain and med spa. I made an appointment of course but they couldn't see me for a few weeks like every other business. In that time I was doing my research about tattoo removal and how they do things and people would say its painful you'll need pain management, like creams to nume the area being treated so on that the pain was intolerable. I felt anxious and scared to get this done. MD. Biggs explained everything to me and she gave me options on pain management. She talked me throw everything she was doing and had an alternative for me that has helped her other patients for Pain during the treatment. She made me feel comfortable and safe before she began my laser tattoo removal. MD. Biggs started off small to show me how the Laser works and how it feels. I was expecting harsh pain... but no it was just like little pinching. For me my tattoo being done was worse then getting it removed. Getting it removed is the easy part... the after care is a little more than getting the tattoo itself. I have three more sessions with MD. Biggs. And I know now what to expect. She's extremely well educated her office and clinic very clean with literature and products at an affordable price and they last. Using them as well!
