Horrible 45 minute wait. They take walk-ins and per the Medical Assistant they then ran out of rooms. Ok good to know that I’ll always have a long wait. Then the doctor comes and lectures me on the same process said I was fine with it just like to be communicated to. Then lecture me on taking HRT never asks why. I got no exam, only lectured. I won’t be going back.

Sorry, but, Dr. Stanley has no time to spend with his patients..He hurries thru your alloyed time then sends a nurse in to finish up. Then the referrals take several days to call you or they don’t call at all.. He would rather put you on an RX then tell you to lose weight and get some exercise..

I have had 3 appointments and am still carrying my list of issues in my purse because the only person he is interested I. Listening to is himself.

After struggling with Dr. Stanley's office for several years, I can understand the mixed reviews here. Dr. Stanley is positive and up-beat, but caught up in the fast-paced and impersonal environment of the modern health care system. Fifteen minute whirl-wind appointments result in stress and impatience with clients. Few questions are tolerated, leaving you with a sense of disrespect. But most disturbing is Dr. Stanley's assistant, whom you must deal with 90% of the time. She is polite up front, but quickly degrades into passive-aggressive behavior once you ask too many questions. Then you become forever labeled as a PITA patient. Your phone calls take days to be returned, or not at all. Requests are almost always answered with "No." And when this involves a sudden life-threatening condition, the situation becomes unbearable. Out of necessity, I have switched to another PCP.

Awesome! I dont get the negative reviews. Dr Stanley and the staff there have been nothing short of fantastic with me! I've never been in a doctors office where they are not a little rushed seeming, ever! With that said Dr Stanley (and their staff) are not different in that it seems they try to get to everyone in a timely fashion. However he always takes time to listen to what I am saying and answers the questions I have for him. When I tell him I have something else to asks, he simply says no p
