I like Dr. Mittica very much. He is kind, thoughtful, and clearly explains his procedures. He doesn't just peer into your eyes, he sees the interconnectedness with the whole body. He is a brilliant diagnostician and provides comprehensive analysis. His staff is well-trained and provides quality customer service, reflecting his values. I highly recommend Dr. Mittica and his team.

Double and triple booking seems to be the norm. A three to four hour wait seems to be the average and that is with an appointment.

I was in Dr Mitica’s Office for another reason and just happened to mention something I was experiencing with my left eye. Dr Mittica immediately had me tested, examined me and diagnosed the issue. He stayed late (after hours) to help me on the spur of the moment. I’m extremely grateful for his and his staff’s expertise and willingness to fit me in to an already busy day! I waited 2 months for an appointment and after filling out the preliminary paperwork I was asked to step into a small closed room for eye diagnostics. The room had just been heavily sprayed with disinfectant aerosol. Upon closing the door my asthma kicked in and I spoke of my difficulty breathing and could they open a window temporarily (56 degrees and sunny outside). The young lady said no and stared me down. I asked for a minute and exited the room leaving the door open to air it for a bit. There was a ceiling fan on so I felt encouraged to try again especially since I waited 2 months for this appointment. Still unable to breathe, I said I would have to leave. She brusquely asked if I had my inhaler and I did not (my mistake). Still brusque, the young lady asked how I paid and spoke of a refund.i am concerned about the use of a spray disinfectant in a closed room, but I am more concerned with her attitude of zero care in a health practitioner’s office. I would not recommend this eye clinic.

Staff is professional and Dr Mittica provides excellent care to his patients. When having an urgent issue he always accommodates the patient to provide the care they need.
