Dr Havard is a very good doctor however I have had two cancellations in one year, not good.
Terrible service at Denver Skin Clinic. I have gone here due to the location - however there is ALWAYS a wait - God forbid you happen to be 5-10mins late one time - they are not sure when they can fit you in. I can understand that if they were actually great - but they are not. Find a better skin clinic with a friendlier front desk staff. It will be worth your time and effort.
I've seen a lot of dermatologists. Dr. Havard is the best. She asks your concerns and quickly responds to what you need. Dr. Havard thoroughly searches and tests for cancer. She is fast and efficient, but always has time to say something nice. If necessary, a specialist may be proposed. I know of a lot of doctors that send their patients to Dr. Havard.
Continuous cancelling of appointments (3 times two years in a row). Very inconvenient. When finally in for appointment, was given the fastest, most rushed examination in my lifetime. Then, same experience 2 years in a row. Never again.
There is something to be said about accountability and a sincere apology. I find that rarely exists. I received a sincere apology from my doctor herself, not an assistant. She did not leave a message either the first time she called... she called back and made sure I had time to talk and talked about everything I needed. She called in my prescription and sent me instructions on use and what the side effects were so I did not have to come in again. I am satisfied : ) Thanks Dr. Havard.
I am someone who hates going to the doctor and I have to say that this experience is one that I look forward to again. The front office staff was pleasant, the doctor almost to the minute for my appointment and the attention to detail was stellar. Thanks Dr Havard for a great dermatalogy visit in Denver.
I walked in 15 minutes before my appointment today and was greeted. The women behind the counter seemed all stressed and did not hide it well! I sat and was taken back with waiting maybe 10 or 15 minutes with my complimentary hazelnut coffee. The Nurse did the pre doctor thing... what are you here for blah blah blah and she was really nice. I got undressed and put the gown on and sat there for ever it seemed like... ok like 10 more minutes but i was naked! The doctor was really sweet and her accent was adorable. She was really helpful and took care of my problems. She seemed to really care about the three things I came for. She told me she would write a prescription and then went on to the part that required poking and cutting. Well before I was really done she left me with the assistant. which was fine. but she rushed out and did not write my prescription and I actually did have questions. But she left and then the assistant left... and then i did not know what to do... i mean really... i got dressed... and just hung out... no one came back in and the doc was no where to be found. So I left and probably wont go back... put me in a weird mood today.... The end made all the good things kinda go away for me.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
