Bruce WILLIAM Fuller's Online Review Report Card

I went for three concerns about my skin and Dr Fuller addressed only one by giving me a prescription flyer for a mail-order company which charged over $500 for the prescription. I left upset. I called later to request the actual prescription get sent to my pharmacy so I could use my insurance to work on getting a better deal. He refuses to send the prescription as I discharged myself. He is the one that walked out on me when I was asking him questions. He said the prescription was better through the mail and left. I paid and left not wanting to ever return. I didn't realize that a prescription is valid only by having a pleasant experience or attitude. I drove over 45 minutes for this appointment and am highly disappointed in Dr. Fuller's behavior and response. I just would like the prescription sent so the entire appointment wasn't a waste of time or I would like to be refunded for the charge of the visit.

My Mother had an unpleasant mtg. w/ Dr. Fuller and I wish to share it. Rarely have I seen a less caring Dr. fr the Skin Cancer & Dermatology in CC, NV as they promote themselves w/, “We strive to make your visit to any of our locations as comfortable as possible by treating you like more than a patient; we treat you like family.” Not so w/ Dr. Fuller. During a visit re melanoma, a biopsy, other facial & tag issues, she stated concern about hair loss; he noted that at 89 it was norm and the only fix was, “inventing a time machine.” Besides being a callous remark, I expected a Ph. D. to suggest remedies (Rogaine, transplants, etc.)-- nothing! Most troubling was how he dealt w/ her skin questions. He told his M.A to write down my Mother’s questions and scampered away. I have NEVER seen a more detached Dr. re patient issues. “family” indeed! Dr. Fuller’s sincerity is veneer deep & his medical procedure is relegated to a M.A.—whereupon he will celestially reappear w/ answers.

During her visit to address a bout with melanoma, a speedy biopsy, other facial and tag issues, she expressed a quick concern about her hair loss; he responded that at her age it was to be expected and the only rectification was, “inventing a time machine.” Besides stating such a callous remark to someone approaching 90, I expected someone with a Ph. Diagnosis for my neck rash was useless but firtunately another doctor gave a different opinion and it disappeared in a week. Dr fuller’s further warning about an allergic condition he thought i had proved incorrect as well. When leaving messages to confirm upcoming appointments, his office never called back until when I made contact after multiple times a receptionist said I was discontinued as a client. When I asked why their detailed response was the first impressive results i have seen from this office. Bottom line the service was lax and unprofessional in my opinion.

Exceptional physician, attentive, answers questions, excellent care. I have ongoing issues and care is consistent, timely. I have confidence n Dr Fuller
