I had Doctor Vlasek as my primary care doctor for a few months prior to my moved out-of-state in 2022, but during my few visits, his attentiveness to my concerns were very much appreciated which were demonstrated by his interactions with me during my visits, and by his aggressive manner to ensure I received the essential and necessary exams, tests and medication related to my health issues. Would highly recommend.

The Administrative Staff, being specific - Ms. Nicole, is UNBELIEVABLY INCOMPETENT! They lie to you about anything they can, so they won't do their BASIC JOB! They claim they mailed a documentation to you while they didn't! They claim they upload documents to your patient profile, while they didn't! So frustrating to deal with the office!

We recently moved to the area and chose Dr. Vlasek as a primary care. We had a visit with him and requested an endocrinology referral for diabetes. We were happy with the visit but we were unable to get an appt with the endocrinologist until 3 months later. In the meantime, we ran out of libre sensors so asked Dr. Vlasek to sign the paperwork the company needed to send out the sensors. The office did not do it, did not tell us they wouldn't do it and waited until we called back to figure out what was going on to tell us that Dr. Vlasek would not sign the paperwork and would not assist with getting the sensors because he is not an endocrinoligist and libre sensors are too complicated. The sensors are pretty simple in that they monitor blood sugar. They offered a glucometer so he could stick his fingers every day and that is not a good solution. Very frustrated about the lack of responsiveness from his office and the fact that they couldn't be bothered to tell us the truth when we could look for an alternative solution.

Terrible experience at this office. Difficult to deal with for every issue I had and caused me a huge bill by recommending I go to do bloodwork where my insurance wasn't covered. Avoid.
