They don't make you wait a long time before you a seen .
Called the OB office today and Cynthia was so friendly and helpful! She helped me make an appointment, gathered my insurance information, updated my account, and helped me reset my patient portal. I know that these seem like typical “job description” things, but she was very sweet and knowledgeable. The whole interaction was great. Even though I couldn’t get an appointment until November, but it’s still a win to have someone on the other line who does their job well. Shout out to Cynthia in OB!
my personal physician, dr. stroup, & her staff are excellent
My primary physician is located here. They have my trust. Quality care.
They tell you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment then they make you wait at least another 30 minutes before they show you inside, then you have to wait additional 15 minutes at least before the doctor shows up. As for prescription refills, you’d have to call them over and over since you’ll be put on hold for a looooooooooong time. If you’re lucky to talk to someone, they’ll tell you someone will call you back but they never do. No one has a clue about anything which is not surprising since when you go to the office, you’ll just hear them gossiping and asking each other what they had for lunch.
I have been a patient for many years and have never had any bad experience; always enjoyed everyone there and my doctor is the best and has always provided excellent medical care. I would change insurances before I would change from this medical group.
They don't care about your family and will call you a liar. They'll make an appointment, tell you to come inside with your little children and send you away telling you they need to reschedule and then they'll blacklist you from all other cmg doctors.
Dr. Torres is amazing! I've been seeing her for a while now for a back problem. She actually cares for the person, develops a plan and wants to see her patients get better. A great experience every time I've gone.
Myself, my husband and our kids all see Dr Fox and I am so grateful we found her last year! She's patient, calm, listens to everything we say and explains her answers... Shares interesting new science that she's excited about... Is easy to talk to and to communicate with via the patient portal as well. She's the first Dr I've had that really feels like she's part of my life... I'm even excited for my annual check up to share my progress with her. Couldn't be happier!
Carson Medical Group employs Dr. David Lyons. This review is of him as a professional. I have been a patient of his for quite a few years. I even followed him to new location. He is very good at telling you what you want to hear and understanding what he should say next. Pretends to care about your situation in front of you, then fails to keep notes on conversations and things he told you. I have been extremely conservative with medication that I take for anxiety. I take them only when absolutely necessary. I have spoken to him for years about medications and he always made me feel comfortable talking to him. The last time I was in his office he convinced me that if I ran out of medicine to not wait till it's to late, just call him and he would renew. I finally decided to take him up on the offer this time. When I called to get permission he made me feel like a junkie begging for prescriptions and told his employees that he never told me that and he does not remember the conversation, so he obviously took no notes. Needless to say, they granted the refill. I called them back, told them how disappointed I was with the doctor. Nobody seemed to give a care. I was extremely embarrassed. I canceled everything and left this doctor. He is very fake. But if you just want smoke up your *** then by all mean, go to him.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
