Pleased with Dr. Mendoza. Very unhappy with my experience trying to get an appointment. I made 4 phone calls in 2 weeks. The first call a woman answered & said someone would call me back. No one did. I made 3 more calls & had to leave a message. No one ever called me back. I had to get in my car & come in personally to get an appointment. I've been coming to Tahoe Fracture for approximately 30 years but I will not continue if this happens again. There is no excuse for this.

Dr. Mendoza is a great physician that listens to his patients, is very thorough in his diagnosis, and has a well of patience. He's very approachable, friendly, and converses with you on a personal level. I have never left his office in a state of confusion, or felt like I was just processed through. All the staff at the facility are amazing. They should be applauded for their friendliness, compassion, and professionalism.
