I ended up here after problems with my last ENT doctor in Reno. So glad I picked this doctor. He is professional, a nice person, and truly cares about his patients. After lots of testing on my ear and hearing, he decided I needed a Specialist and referred me to a wonderful ENT surgeon in Sacramento who fixed my ear and hearing problems. I will be seeing Doctor Manoukian regularly to have ear wax cleaned from my ears. He has also referred me to a very good Physical Therapist who is working with me on my Vertigo. The best doctors have a wait for new patients but he is worth it. Don't go to anyone else when you can have the best, Dr. Manoukian. I am quite picky with doctors and I am very happy to have found this one.

This review is not for the doctors, but office staff!I was on hold for over 5 minutes and when receptionist was very short.I asked for my last ENT appt notes be sent to my provider who sent me to ENT. She said "we have 30 days to send ENT provider notes & our medical records clerk was out."I asked if she could help and she said no!

As a Veteran, I was offered through Community Outreach (VA Hospital) the opportunity to go "outside" the VA DOCS. When I heard Dr. Manoukian was on the approved list I jumped on the office visit. I have been overly impressed by his professionalism & thorough caring attitude. My problems have been addressed & I am currently undergoing treatment. He has left no stone unturned & I am confident he is taking the best course of action for my issues. If you have the need to be treated by an ENT Doctor go the BEST!!! Make an appointment with Dr. Manoukian & you wont be disappointed by him, his office & staff

Want a great caring doctor who takes time with each patient and who is skilled in ear, nose, and throat issues? Look no further, this doctor is the best in the area and worth the drive no matter where you live.After a very bad experience with an ENT doctor in South Reno, I ended up here and so happy I found this doctor. He really listens to what I have to say and explains things every time. So happy I found him. I was going to a doctor in So. Reno who was rude and not helpful. A doctor who had no idea what was going on with me so I make a change. Dr Manoukian referred me to a specialist in Sacramento for an ear problem I was having. He told me he was sending me to a top notch doctor and he was right. I had surgery and my hearing was restored. I am forever thankful that he sent me to a great specialist. I really like that Dr. Manoukian lets you take part in decisions about your health issues. He gives you options and gives you time to make the right decision for you. This is the only kind of doctor that I want. Life is all about being informed and making the right choices and all doctors should listen when their patients have concerns or questions. I feel that Dr. Manoukian is the best doctor in this field in all of Northern Nevada. Give their office an call and don't get discouraged if their is a wait to get in. The best doctors usually have a wait because they have a long list of patients who trust them. I am one of those patients.

My husband and I are both patients of Dr. Paul Manoukian. We obviously see him for different reasons, but we both agree he is fantastic!! We appreciate his listening skills, but most of all we agree he is the most thorough physician we are fortunate enough to have. Everyone is different, and he consistently considers everything you say and thinks outside the box! I would recommend him to anyone without reservation!!!

I've been a patient of Dr. Paul Manoukian for a few years and seen him for varying reasons. He is the best ENT I've ever had. He really listens to his patients and has the ability to consider all of the information you give him without trying to fit you in a "one size fits all" box. Dr is great!! His staff leaves a lot to be desired! Unanswered voice mails for upcoming surgery & to make payments. Wrong phone numbers on written information. Changed surgery times without notifying patients. All patients need a ride after surgery. Surgery is stressful enough without all the confusion created by his staff. A great dr with a horrible staff

He is the best diagnostician is our area. He is caring, intelligent, well informed, the best doctor overall. I would trust him with any procedure he thought necessary (and have for over 25 years.)
