Terrible. She is not willing to work with her patients or think outside to box to provide care. I have been disappointed time and time again, but was trying to be patient. At some point, it’s not the “process” but the provider and feel like I have wasted time with my condition because I trusted her to care when she never did. I will be finding a new provider.

First appointment was ok Dr. Maples asked a lot of questions seemed interested in listening and helping. But soon after it became clear it was a get you in get you out clinic. I saw more of her Nurse Practitioner than her. And the front office is rude and does not return calls, and good luck getting prescritions refilled in a timely manner too.

I like her very much but I have left more than 4 messages with no return call. My 3 stars are for no follow up. My only option was to schedule an appointment which I did in June. The first available was September ?? Still never a call back since May!

The office has no follow thru. They dont send referrals in a timely manner. They do not respond to the pharmacies either.

I had to find a new doctor. I obtained an appointment with Dr. Maples and today with great trepidation I sat in the room awaiting our meeting. Surprise! I found her just exactly like the kind of person I wanted for a physician. She asked questions, she actually listened to my responses. She appeared caring and I felt more than comfortable that she would be there in the future when I might need medical help. I'm so glad I didn't cancel my appointment today.
