I have major Gastro issues and he has done excellent job in managing my health issues. He is leaving the practice and I am devastated as I don't trust many doctors but I do trust him 150%. I thank him for all he has done for me.

Dr. Victor Chen is my doctor for a while. He's very knowledgeable, friendly and takes time to talk to to his patients. He always makes sure all the medical issues are up to date. I'm very happy to have him as my doctor.

I have been seeing Dr. Chen since 2011. He diagnosed me with Ulcerative Colitis and got me healthy. He prescribed medication and also recommended diet changes. I have been healthy ever since. Dr. Chen is compassionate and thorough. When I leave an appointment with him, I always have a printout of our visit and understand everything we have talked about. He does a great job explaining any changes in medication or treatment. He is wonderful and I would recommend him to anyone.

My 80 year old mother drove over an hour to her appointment and was exactly 4 minutes late. The office staff and doctor told her she could not be seen due to being late and made her reschedule. Then, she was told she would not able to get another appointment for over a month. She has been with this doctor for years for serious GI issues and has always treated the staff with respect and courtesy. I am very disappointed in this doctor and his office staff.

Terrible experience with him. He explained to me how important it was for me to receive a MRI to help diagnose my problem. However one week prior to my procedure, his office called to tell me it was canceled because the insurance approved but DR. Chen refused to do a peer to peer with them. He then dismissed me from his office. It is clear Dr. Chen does not truly care about the well being of his patients. He refused to take 2 minutes to help me. Terrible treatment.

Dr. Chen seems to believe that the human body is a static biological entity and likes to base his prognoses for serious ailments off of a single datum point from a blood test. For a serious prognosis, he sent a letter basically scaring me to believe I had a serious problem with my liver, when in fact he should have asked for a followup blood test to confirm the abnormality. Of course, my liver is completely normal. This doctor demonstrates poor social behavior and is not recommended.
