Medi-Weightloss Henderson's Online Review Report Card

I have tried to contact medi loss by phone and filled out form online never a response or call back after several messages. Is this place still in ?

I have to retract my previous review and Medweight loss center Henderson  once you get an appointment and you go there the staff are excellent the doctor explain the program thoroughly the information they give you and your first kit contains all vitamins and medications you need      I understand the office has only certain days of the week that they're open which recommendation is put that on your voice message and answer the voice messagesThird day in and I'm feeling confident on my success and follow up visits

I called and was put on hold and I waited then the receptionist hung up on me. I Called back and I told the lady to hold and she hanged up on me! Rude.

What can I say about my camp, I'm so overjoyed and on cloud 9. I was in a constant battle with myself and my weight. I stopped taking pictures, I stopped going on with my friends and family. I had decided enough was enough, I was so tired of feeling so tired and none of my close fitting anymore. I decides to join the camp at the very last minute back in February, literally headed to the last class for the day because I was so nervous of failing and being looked at because I've never been this overweight in my life! I was going strong for 3 weeks and managed to lose 12 lbs! I was so excited but then the pandemic happened. Everything closed including the camp, I had gained 11lbs during the closure and felt ashamed of myself. But I wasn't going to give up, I was more desperate than embarrassed at this point. The gyms were finally opening back opening back up on my birthday! What a gift! I went back and managed to pass my first challenge and now I'm so happy to say I also passed my 2nd challenge, in total I've lost 43.2 lbs! I couldn't have done this with Beshoy Selim, the staff, the trainers. This camp didn't just change my mindset and my appearance but this is now a lifestyle that I will carry throughout my life! I'm now starting my last and final challenge with just 19lbs to lose to get to my goal weight. I'm very excited to see my ending results and to challenge myself even more. I'm happy to say that now I take pictures of myself, I'm going out more, I fit it almost all my clothes from before. I dress up more often and that's amazing progress for me. I'm beyond proud of myself more than anything and I will continue to go to the most amazing camp. I hope my story will inspire someone who was in the same spot as me. It's never to late, it's not impossible, it's okay to fall down sometimes, it will only make you stronger! A huge thank you to the camp at Henderson.

The staff and Dr. Miller are amazing they are so supportive and encouraging !!!!

****PLEASE READ******BEFORE GOING TO THIS ESTABLISHMENTYour probably so excited as I was to start your weight loss journey. I made the apt a week ahead and was told that my insurance was accepted! The Nurse that assisted me was AMAZING !! The doctor was very informative... I was on beyond excited to tell family , co workers and friends about what I found .BUT.... my weight loss journey came to horrible end WHEN I CALLED to follow up on my insurance coverage with Medi - weightloss office and was told that my Insurance with Blue Shield Blue Cross (Regency) WOULD NOT BE covered. SO My Time ( Taking of 4 hours of work) My Money (had to 1/2 price for starter pack $220.00) ....Which Im sure the (NOT COVERED COST of 200.00) will turn into a collection bill . SO PLEASE PLEASE if they say your insurance is covered DOUBLE check YOURSELF with your PROVIDER to make sure !!!!

Life Changing!! You won’t regret it. Down 62 Lbs in 5 1/2 months. Thank you Dr. Miller and staff for all of your support!

This is by far the best weight loss clinic. Everyone is so friendly, supportive, encouraging and helpful. They don't try to get you to do anything you dont want and always make me so comfortable. If you need some help losing weight, they know what to do!
