The prosthetic they created for me fits perfectly and has made a world of difference in my daily life. I truly appreciate the attention to detail, and the level of expertise and compassion they bring to their work. Highly recommend them to anyone in need of prosthetic or orthotic services - they go above and beyond!

I needed a prosthetic due to my BKA last year. I was referred to Advanced prosthetics and orthotics. Debra was absolutely amazing. She took her time measuring and fitting my prosthetic. When it arrived she spent the time with me getting ever thing just right. This year had to take it back in for adjustments. Debra was able to resolve the issue right there and adjust my prothesis while I waited. Thank you advanced prosthetics and orthotics for getting me mobile.

The staff is excellent and patient! Had many questions and all were answered and they went above and beyond call of duty! Would not hesitate to recommend them.

Went today for fitting for new orthotic boot as I was there last eight years ago. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Atmosphere was very clean and quiet.i was so grateful the tech that I had Tony G new exactly what I wanted and needed.He was very patient and thorough in his explanation regarding my boot. I was so happy unlike ccomprehensive orthotics on st rose pkwywho have no clue at all with what they r doing be glad u came to advanced orthotics they know exactly what you need

Beg your insurance to find you another doctors office instead of this place. Or be prepared to wait "FOREVER".

Previously noticied some negative reviews for this business, which is not what we experienced. The front office personnel couldn't have been more helpful and polite. Our tech. Debra,was very knowledgeable, and helpful. We ordered some amputee supplies, and they arrived earlier than thought, with no mistakes. We are new to the area, and are pleased that we have found a company for our handicap needs.

i would not bother with making an appointment here. i needed a back brace or lumbar support due to an injury. my insurance covered 80% and the copay was 20%. the guy came out with a back brace telling me that my copay was $200. i asked him what the retail price my insurance would be paying and he couldn't answer. there isn't any back brace that would be $800 unless it was made of gold. you can go to walmart and buy one under $50. this place has very questionable practices and probably is committing insurance fraud.

This place is a JOKE! I tore my MCL in my left knee, and got a RX for a brace from my orthopedic Dr. On 8/4/17 I got fitted for the brace - measurements and all, and was told it would be 1 week. So on 8/11 I call for an update - and had to leave a message...no call back! So 8/15 I call, and left another message..I did get a call back on 8/16 and was told that my brace was out for delivery and will be called back on 8/17...nothing! So on 8/17 AND 8/18 I call and leave messages...no call back. On 8/21 I call and was told that the brace was in on 8/18, and they tried to call me but my phone was not accepting calls...Ummm BS, as I gave my cell and work #!! And I was getting calls/texts all day! So I made an apnt for today, 8/24 to pick up/ensure it fits. Wouldn't you know it, it is TOO SMALL!!! I was furious, why did you bother taking measurements then?? They said they may be able to extend the bands, but I did not have 30-60 minutes to wait - so I left and said don't bother ordering me another one....THANK GOD you don't pay for it until you get it. Ask for Hanger or another prosthetic place if you can.
