List of Antonio T Alamo's Reviews
Dr Alamo has an impressive Bio but no integrity. He is on Board of community HOA. I don’t get it. Titles mean nothing and thats what he rides on. You look at his reviews as a doctor and his ratings are based on being on gaming commission? Hope your not dying? His ratings are low but you cannot view those comments?
0/10 Over an hour and 30 minutes to attempt to make an appointment. The wait turned from laughable to incredibly disheartening for the current climate of our healthcare system. Over 10 years of negative reviews for this doctor, the fact that nothing has improved shows that he has no genuine care for his patients and doesn’t set the correct standard of care for his office either. To become a doctor as a money move and not to help others makes you one of the most grotesque humans on this planet and anyone willing to work in this office probably follows suit and shouldn’t be in the medical field. I just hope for your children’s sake you have more care and empathy with them than you do for your patients- if not, at least you have the money to pay for their therapy.

The number on this listing is actually the overflow phone number and their job appears to be to tell you to call back and try again every time. After my third attempt I told them this and the lady at the other end explained this to me and provided the correct number to call Dr.Alamo. I then called and got an answering machine, so I left a message, got no response and called back within a week. Same thing happened. Don’t recommend you call him as no one will help.
Appointment at 3:00 and I’m still in the waiting room at 4:00 for a yearly check up
Don't waste your time. Rude, arrogant, disinterested. And, I was being nice..
The dude's a rockstar this man is well known in the community, he has been in Las Vegas his entire life his name comes up in all sorts of different conversations. somehow he is affiliated with the gaming industry and with professional athletics I see him on TV even nationwide news regarding topics ranging from boxing, gaming, health issues. I have seen him even in Clark County Commission meetings and he's our family doctor as well. And a dang good doctor too. His staff is awesome.
Dr. Alamo pulls no punches and tells it like it is. Some self-indulgent patients don't care for that tactic, but I do. I want a doctor who speaks the truth and cares only about the improvement of my health. In this current healthcare climate, many doctor's offices will put you off for a week or more when you're acutely ill, not Dr. Alamo. He'll make time for his patients because he cares.
2 reviews 1.0 star rating 10/19/2016 To Quote another disappointed patient " Dr. Alamo is rude and arrogant. He doesn't make much eye contact and seemed disinterested." Along with now wanting to dump you on his PA so he makes all the money insurance pays for a visit at the cost of the PA doing all the work. Plus if you are going for Gastric Bypass Surgery he's too cheap to do his job as a Doctor and Medical Provider to fill out and send the needed letter for the other doctor, so the insurance will cover the procedure. He wanted $50 for filling in the blanks of a form letter. Only an uncaring doctor would do such a thing. So I did what anyone would do and FIRE HIM IN PERSON. I would have not cared but this Clown of a Doctor had the nerve to send Certified letters in FILL IN THE BLANKS form to say he was dropping me and also my wife. Guess he could afford the $13.00 in postage. What kind of doctor already has forms for terminating patience??? One that is not capable of doing their profession. Suck it up BUTTERCUP and get some thick skin and deal with it. YOUR FIRED. AVOID HIM LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
