List of Benjamin Que Chan's Reviews
I'm 72 years old and I can honestly say that Dr. Chan is the finest physician I've ever had. He is patient and a great listener. His advice has continuously been sound and exactly on-target. I trust his judgment and he speaks to his patients like intelligent individuals, not like "naughty children", as so many speak to older adults. I pray I continue to have him as my family doctor in the immediate future since I feel comfortable speaking to him about my health issues and have no trepidation or fear in discussing my course of wellness with him.
I called and left many messages with Dr. Chan's office for him call me regarding my 84 year old father who had fallen and had to be taken to the ER. I had questions about my dad's medical history. NO call back AT ALL after four days. When I physically went to his office to get my dad's medical records, I had to wait an hour before he would even come out to see me, and then proceeded tell me that I had to request the records through his corporate office, even after I explained the time sensitivity of my dads condition, and that I had a Directive. When I asked him why he never even returned any of my phone calls, his is response was he didn't owe me an explanation as to why he never returned my phone calls.
Left my previous PCP for this one, based on the recommendation from a friend of my spouse. Turned out to be more of the same. He likes to rattle off the facts and figures, and seems to do more talking than listening if you aren't VERY assertive. Also: too many gatekeepers if you have simple questions, that you may or may not get answers to. Staff has a few gems within the lumps of coal. Otherwise, house plants could do a better job. If the personal, caring touch is what you're looking for, keep looking.
was my Dr for a couple years only thing he did was look at your bloodwork Never had personal contact seemed afraid to get to close to you What caused me to seek new Dr was he cancelled one of my needed drugs without even saying a word to me i had been takingshot for over 30 yrs So if want a useless Dr you found it
Dr. Chan cares, takes his time and listens to you attentively. He offers excellent comments and advice. I would not go to anyone else.
If you are diabetic I do not recommend Dr Chan. Your primary doctor need to be an Internal doctor.
The Doctor is a great doctor. HOWEVER YOU WILL WAIT ON THE PHONE NO LESS THAN 35 MINUTES
I would not recommend this person. I have not gone to this person in years My husband was not happy with him either. We both have found a wonderful doctor in William Henderson and trust him completely. I'm so glad to get this survey and finally tell someone this.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
