Dr Pinegar replaced my left hip about 5 yrs ago. It is doing great and no issues. Three weeks ago Dr Pinegar replaced my right knee. It is also doing great. I’m starting out -patient physical therapy tomorrow. Everything was top knotch with Dr Pinegar and his staff. He is the best!!!! I feel like I can have a life again. Thank you

1st good xray 2nd good physical therapy Went down hill from there. Schedule MRI twice canceled do to peer to peer never done. Office will not communicate with me. I guess that's Pineger way of kicking me to the curb. Or his staff is worthless.

I went to see Dr. Pinegar for a consultation on my ACL surgery and he was fantastic. He took his time to go through my MRI, explain my condition and go into detail about what my options were for surgery. Dr. Pinegar answered all my questions thoroughly and I left his office feeling confident about my upcoming procedure

I have been working with DR Pinegar for the last 5 months for a shoulder injury sustained at work. He’s really bad at hiding the fact he’s more concerned with making workers comp happy then the care of his patient. From day one I asked for an MRI for my right shoulder. I have had 2 labrum surgeries on my left shoulder so it’s not my first rodeo. The pain in my shoulder felt similar to the pain I had in my other shoulder that I’ve had 2 surgeries on. Finally after 4 months of PT and the pain not subsiding he ordered the MRI. Results come back and shockingly I have a tear in my labrum. Dr Pinegar thinking about how he can make workers comp happy puts in the notes that he thinks the tear is old and preexisting even though I’ve never had problems with this shoulder before my fall. Luckily I’m changing DRs soon and I will never deal with Pinegar again. Sad part is he works for DR. Crovetti’s office. Dr Crovetti repaired my left labrum several years ago. We liked Dr Crovetti so much that all my family has seen him for different injuries. My mom and brother both had surgeries with him. Unfortunately Crovetti no longer does shoulders which left me with Pinegar. Dr. Pinegar needs to care about his patients as much as his pockets. I wish I could record our conversations and people could hear how he tries to talk you out of treatment. At one point he told me he didn’t want to get an mri for “curiosity reasons” and that it would prob show something… we’ll DR Pinegar I’m having pain in my shoulder so I was very curious what was causing it. Horrible.

I went to him in 2019 for a shoulder tissue implant, and instead he did a 4th revision, which did nothing, and in fact made it worse. His predecessor told me that I did not have enough of a rotator cuff to repair, and it was like "oatmeal", but he retired and Dr. Pinegar took over. I lived in pain, and had to wait for an entire year to have a shoulder replacement, and due to the revision that Dr. Pinegar did, they were not able to do a replacement the usual way, and had to do a reverse which took away about 50% of my movement. Dr. Crovetti is a master at knee replacements, as he did mine, and throughout the years I have referred him more than 12 patients, and continue to do so. I spoke to Dr. Crovetti about the issue with Dr. Pinegar, but Dr. Crovetti said he had to believe this Dr. Pinegar did what was necessary.

I went to Dr P for a simple shoulder arthroscopy with some arthritis. That night, my humerus dislocated and he did not do a post op xray, in fact he sent me for aggressive Physical Therapy. I called his office numerous times, I sent photos of the appearance. When he finally saw me at the post op, the X-ray revealed that my humerus was by my axilla and resting on my artery and I could have died from an aneurysm . I have now had to have a 1/2 shoulder replacement, I am only 25 years old, I now have nerve damage and I will never be able to lift my arm above my head, mountain bike, climb, lift weights etc. My pain and suffering will never go away - he did way too much surgery, did not check on me or do an X-ray which would have revealed this dislocation immediately. His office staff are awful, and PT was incompetent. Go to LA for surgery.

Dr Caleb Pinegar did a fantastic job in replacing my left hip. It started over a year ago. I fell an cracked my femur and had to have a rod and two pins put in. Then in late May Dr Pinegar removed the rod and pins and did a total left hip replacement. Last night we had our halloween party. My wife and I danced for the first time in years. It felt great to be able to finally dance again with my wife of 51 years. I would recommend Dr Pinegar to anyone. Thank you again for a great job!!!
