Best doctor I've ever had. Through, kind, actually listens, and has a very calming demeanor. Very patient even when my anxiety was the root of my "omg, what's wrong with me" visits. Highly recommend this doctor!! He taught me how to naturally calm myself through panic and anxiety attacks. He didn't force anxiety meds and helped me explore a better diet, exercises, and self relaxation techniques.
