had an appointment to see my child. I had to be there 30 minutes early for what reason not sure because filled out all the paperwork online. waited in the waiting 1 hour past my appointment, and sat in the room another hour before he came. The doctor and nurse are talking outside my room for 15 minutes when finally opened the door. The nurse was very rude and asked me what do I want I explained I have been waiting a long time and asked her how much longer. Her response was can't you hear us we are having a conversation c can't you hear and then we will be right in. First off this is a hippa violation liste the whole conversation and second off, she did not need to be so rude. They finally came in, and the doctor had a horrible bedside manner. I now have to find another derm to take my child to. I wasted over 3 hours of my life that I can't get back for anything. Doctor get off you high pedal stool. You are people just like the rest; just because you have a doctrine degree makes

Dr Hall himself I have no strong opinion on. But it is completely impossible to get Dr Hall or a member of his team to call you back if you have an issue. Twice I have had an issue requiring doctor input and both times they simply do not return your calls or messages. An incredibly frustrating experience dealing with them.

Went in to get my cysts checked out, told me they would submit to my insurance. Been 3 weeks now and haven’t heard anything, called today and got connected to some call center they work with, gave my information to her and she stated nothing had be done or submitted. Called back and asked the lady at the desk to have Dr.Hall call me personally, his nurse called and was letting me know how I didn’t follow protocol, trying to explain to me what she tells all patients and how I didn’t call back and it’s my fault?

Dr. Hall helped clear my psoriasis by listening to all my past medical history with what medicine worked for me and what medicines didn't. I'm glad Dr. Hall isn't one of them "by the book" kind of docs bc if he was, I'd probably have went through tons of medicines before finally figuring it out. Lol I used to have psoriasis covering 75-80% of my body and I can honestly say that it's been only 2 months since my first dosage of Cosentyx and I'm 100% cleared!! To have my confidence back, to not having to dust or vacuum around my area bc I was so flaky is AWESOME!! I'd also like to say that the staff there at LVSAC is super friendly and very helpful.

I have nothing but praise for Dr. Hall and his staff. I have never waited more then 5-10 minutes for an appointment and never felt like I was rushed through. He is knowledgeable as his his staff. I will always recommend Dr. Hall to all my friends and family. Keep up the fantastic work.

Doctor Hall is very knowledgeable he knowledgeable and and put me at ease.He identified my condition on my first visit!!! He is respectful and patient and the office staff are very professional and cordial. Glad I was referred to this office.

I called the clinic, they gave me this doctor. Waited for almost 2 months to see him. On the day of the appointment, waited almost an hour, and when he finally saw me, he looked at my melasma, talked so fast like he was in a hurry, I was still asking him questions, he was already walking away while talking to me. Total time spent with me: 3 minutes. He is arrogant, talks like he's almighty, acts like a diva. DON'T GO TO THIS GUY. It is not worth the wait.
