Zero stars if possible. Stayed 60 days, used up my Medicare, still could not even stand or walk, never once went to the gym with all the equipment pictured. Arms didn't work , got no help eating, lost 60 pounds, hair fell out. Came home with stage 4 bedsore, and one on my leg, also open surgical wounds not healed. They refused to call my oncologist for needed medications. Thank God I made it home so I could get home health.

If I could give this place negative stars I would!! The story is long. Please take this as a warning… DO NOT!!! I repeat DO NOT send your loved one here!! Nurses are awful!! Poor!! Director of nursing worst I’ve ever spoken to!! If one is not medical they may be able to pull wool over the non medical patients. Dangerous place to send family!!

Horrible service with regard to communication with families about the care they are providing to your loved one. Obscure policies, not following science nor CDC recommendation with regard to COVID.

Was called by Joy that I had passed the assessment for Registered Nurse and that she was going to call me back for a interview but never did . When I called her last Tuesday she gave me excuses that she had to many meetings and paperwork and would have to call me back. I am so happy I did not start working for this facility! Please tell Joy to be more professional and not lie to people .

I was unable to move from the neck down, & in 2 months I could function on my own. OT Michelle + PT Shane are commendable professionals. & I'm very grateful for the help I received there

Let's start off by saying the nurses are great. The rest of the staff, well not very professional. The girl at the desk thinks she is a warden with a very bad attitude. My mother's husband was supposed to be released on a Sunday but the paperwork was not done, and no one could discharge him until Monday. Well at least they got another day out of insurance. Dr Qurashi s bed side manner leaves alot of room for improvement.

My dad was brought here after being transferred from Horizon Specialty Hospital. Oh my goodness what a difference!! Clean facility! Amazing staff! Food wasn't so bad.. I give this rehab 5 stars! They mean business, they work hard to meet all of the patients needs and to get them back home. Expescially loved when my dad was leaving the facility, nurses and staff out in the hallways clapping and shaking their pom poms! Thank you Dignity Health Rehab you all truly made a difference!

I am currently being treated here Room 320( well, they will move me to room 208) .... but the entire staff that has been taking care with me it’s amazing!!!!I really thought that it will be painful and a bad experience but ended up the totally opposite.I won’t mention names cuz i don’t remember all of them and I don’t want to leave anyone out but, to the entire staff of the third floor and my OTs and PTs a big thumbs up!!!! Thank you so much for all the care, cheers and encouragement. I certainly have no words to thank you all. God bless you!
