Dynamic Stem Cell Therapy's Online Review Report Card

I am having severe hip pain and tried a variety of treatments, all of which were unsuccessful. The only option I had at the time was a hip replacement. My chiropractor mentioned he had a similar injury and the treatment that worked for him was stem cell therapy. I contacted Dynamic Stem Cell Therapy and set up an appointment. I met with Blake and had a great meeting. Blake was very thorough and answered all of my questions. After reading online reviews and meeting with other stem cell therapy practices, I felt comfortable and confident choosing Dynamic Stem Cell Therapy. After setting up my appointment, Blake was very fast and efficient with getting the forms to me so I could fill them out ahead of time. In addition, Blake was very fast in getting my FMLA forms filled out by the doctor. The treatment went very well. Brie (nurse) was wonderful and ensured I was comfortable throughout the procedure. The procedure was very quick and painless. Unfortunately, I did not experience any improvement. I definitely understand that every patient is different and some patients may have improvement and others might not. If you are considering stem cell therapy, it is important to do your research and you should understand that it can take a while for your body to feel better and there is no guarantee that this therapy will work. Overall, I definitely recommend Dynamic Stem Cell Therapy, but to reiterate, the procedure is not inexpensive and may not improve your condition.

I'm so impressed with the Dynamic Stem Cell Therapy Clinic, they are very knowledgeable and family owned.. they have a great reputation and made me feel so comfortable, almost like I'm apart of their family! Effective Blake was on top of everything and v great follow up

I got stem cell and PRP injections for my back because I was experiencing pain while sitting for any period of time, and physical therapy had not helped. The lipo and injection procedure itself was not that bad. The staff did a very good job making it as comfortable as possible for me. After only about halfway through the recovery phase, I have found that the pain I was experiencing in my back is mostly gone.

For the sake of not harming someone's business I left a short review and did not go too much into detail. However, since Blake responded with not truthful information I have no choice but to share my experience in detail. The fact that he lied in his response is a clear reason to not use this company. If you don't leave him a five star review he will just lie to attempt to cover up someone's poor experience. My sharing that I have not worked for months is true and to share that purchasing this procedure came with true thought and saving beforehand. Blake's insertion of you had this procedure done yesterday is only an attempt to confuse future clients. Yes, I had it done a few days ago. I never said I did not. I said I have not been able to work in months so $7500 is a VERY LARGE PURCHASE. Although Blake told me over and over that this is not a lot of money for him! Well Blake, I never heard you offer to refund any of it. I suffer from severe anxiety and sensitivity in medical procedures due to many procedures and botch doctors over the years. My wife and I communicated this over the phone countless times. Blake is definitely a salesman. Whatever you say, he will have an answer to how he can fix it. My wife and I described that I cannot even have acupuncture done on my back because it is so sensitive to the touch, Blake assured us that he has pain medication to control this and he will have not problems completing the procedure. After the first part of the procedure was done, there was a significant waiting period. My wife kindly asked the nurse if she goes to get something to eat will she miss anything important. The nurse assured my wife that she could grab a bite and she would not miss anything. We would just be waiting. That was not the case. While my wife was gone they came in to start step 2. I was quiet surprised as we have communicated over and over that I am beyond anxious about this. I assumed that my wife was in the waiting room and she was not allowed back. Right? They told her they would not do anything without her there. The begin marking my back for the injections and it is beyond painful for me. I begin crying and the nurse says they will give me a minute to think about it. Then Blake comes in right after and says that he does this all the time and "Women should definitely be able to handle this." I was crying and just said what they had already done was so painful. He said well you can do that or take it in the IV. I said okay I guess I have no other choice but to do the IV. Then, my wife walk in a few minutes later. SHE HAD NO IDEA WHAT HAPPENED OR WHAT WAS GOING ON. I WAS SHOCKED TO SEE HER AS WELL AS I THOUGHT THEY HADN'T ALLOWED HER IN. Nope, they just completely forgot everything we told them about my anxiety around these things and they must have also forgot that they started the procedure without her, which they said they would not. My wife was so upset as we have saved to be able to do this. They never offered to call her when I was struggling or anything! Every business gets negative reviews, and you can always tell what type of business it is by how the owner responds. Are they empathic and apologetic? Or do they demand that they are right and become defensive? Blake is not apologetic or empathic to what happened to us. As he said himself $7500 is NOT A LOT OF MONEY FOR HIM.

My left knee really did not have much of a problem to begin with but their doctor , Patricia White, as well as Blake (the owner) suggested getting the left knee injected for prevention of future issues. Blake scheduled me to get it both knees injected wit 2cc stem cell (filled with PRP) on November 21, 2022 at 11AM. Then Blake called me the week prior to my scheduled injection and stated he did not have his regular PA (Nicolas Benites) to do the injection nor his regular MD that are both experts in the injections since they became unavailable last minute. I told Blake that I had already bought flight tickets for my dad and everything to fly in that Sunday to drive and take care of me pre and post injections and it was not professional to reschedule me last minute. Blake then said he found a substitute (Dr. Ross) who could do my injections that date.On 11/21/22, Dr. Ross sprayed the freezing pain relief prior to injection too close to my skin that it caused a severe cold freeze burn and turned dark on both knees that never went away. Also, my left knee remained the same but my right knee got worse post injection. Then I spoke to Dr. Ross once over the phone and he stated that it was his first time substituting at Dynamic stem cell to do stem cell injections there since he normally does only PRP and other procedures only at another clinic and not at Dynamic Stem cell. It was strange to me why Blake would allow that to happen.I went to my orthopedic surgeon (Dr. Bascharon). Dr. Bascharon saw the hyperpigmentation spot at site of injection and stated that it was injected in the wrong area of the knee. My knee pain is now worse (popping in pain at times) on the right knee than prior to injection and left knee remained same today (2/21/23). Blake called me a month ago and stated he wants me to now pay $2K to get re-injected. I would rather get my money back.
