Eric Nelson's Online Review Report Card

Dr Nelson should have his license revoked and not be allowed to practice medicine ever again. The recent experience my brother had with him at Centennial Hills Hospital was absolutely appalling and unacceptable. This doctor has zero bedside manner and even less empathy. No doctor should be allowed to speak to patients the way he does. Complete disregard for patient’s emotional state or feelings. Read the other reviews on him, and beware! Unfortunately the negative reports are all true. He is a disgrace to the medical community and does not deserve to wear a name tag that reads “Dr.” I pray he is removed from his profession before he harms more patients, mentally & physically. He is careless and dangerous.

Dr Nelson would not discuss my blood tests. And then put in my paperwork that I take Ativan every night to sleep. Yep - Ativan isn’t even on my list of meds. When i questioned him he wouldn’t talk.

He is the Worst!! Someone needs to stop him from ever seeing patients.

We are looking for an ATTY. My husband was given 1/2 the dosage of antibiotics after his hsnd got infected after surgery with Dr Nelson at tri city. He was on vacation and the pa opened it up again The dr never called my husband ( he was on vacation) terrible pain , hand blew up twice size and three months of therapy. His forefinger is contracted and he is going for another surgery. Really doc, how about when you picked up the opened bandaid off the floor and put it on the operated site in the office. I caught that. No opology for wrong dosage and I looked at the computer screen in the pharmacy and they said , look the doctor signed it, it was not the pharmacy error. What a shame. This is the last thing a 70 yr old guy needs in his old years. Shame on you. The Mrs.

Just too bad I even have to leave one star. He does not give a patient any hope for anything. Seemed totally underqualilfied to be working with very sick patients. He gives a patient and his family no reason to have hope. Thankfully as soon as we were out of the hospital and able to see "real doctors" they discounted everything he told us about my husband's condition. Never had anything uplifting to say and made a couple of very harmful decisions. This is when a patient advocate comes in handy.

Dr Nelson is very professional and caring and it’s only been a week since my surgery. I am very happy with the results.

Dr. Eric performed surgery on my right hand earlier this year. I found him very caring and professional.

Dr Nelson performed my colonoscopy. He and his staff were the best. He used Tri-City Surgery center and that facility and staff are also fantastic. Just a great experience.

If I could leave zero stars I would. This was my daughter's dr in the hospital. He must have forgotten the Hippocratic oath where it states "do no harm". He did not even once physically exam her but also left her to be in severe pain.

The Doctor and his staff exceeded my expectations. Got me in fast. Provided treatment that has relived pain in my hands allowing my return to work.
