Zero Stars! Do NOT go here. If your Doctor refers you to them, ask to go somewhere else! 16 phone calls to them in one day & nobody answers the phone or returns Calls! —— I find the Owners Response to be complete Nonsense & False! You have Horrible Customer Service! *Someone called me to set up an appointment for my daughter. She said she was the only one that answered the phone. I said I would call her right back. And over a 4 hour period I made 16 phone calls. Not once did anyone answer the phone!!! I got a voicemail message & every time I tried to leave a message it would say “ that is an invalid response”. No one Answered the phone, couldn’t leave a valid message. —- If a company Doesn’t know how too or Won’t answer the phone, they have major problems & issues!

My husband recently purchased a back brace from Evolve during which an error was made and we paid an unnecessary $250. At their own behest, and unknown to us, Evolve discovered the mistake and voluntarily refunded the money. Such integrity is hard to find and Evolve deserves kudos for their honesty.

I dislocated my knee and fractured my fibula. I went to my doctor they recommended this place for a brace. Little did I know I have to make an appointment to get a brace, so I do so 2 week wait for them to take measurements on my leg and order a brace. Mind you it took another 2 weeks to get my brace then they told I had to make another appointment a week and half for them to show me how to use it. Crazy when I asked why I can't get it now her response well were LIKE a doctors office. Maybe I'm tired of the lack of care in this town but I find it hard to believe I can't just go in you show me how to use a brace and I'm on my way. You're not showing me how to put together a rocket! Would never go back to the place

Everyone I encountered were friendly but HUGE shout out to Lucy and Dave!!! Sweet, kind, funny, understanding and most of all very patient. Best customer service I have ever had anywhere. Highly recommend!!!

These guys are truly amazing Eric who works down there has been with me since the beginning of me losing my leg in 2018 and he has always had my back to make sure that I am well taken care of. My Prostetic currently broke but within 48 hours, Eric and the team at evolve was able to put me into a loaner leg, making it to where I don’t have to stop my every day life I Could not appreciate them more
