Giving GVFP a 4 due to the main person who helped us out - Ivy. Overall it’s probably a 3.5 Ultimately, we transferred care over for more better communication overall. Dr. Fisch - Very knowledgeable and found my polyp + removed it. He didn’t pressure us into IVF but it does seem like we were getting a run around of what our care moving forward would be like. His NP is so sweet and was really caring before/after my Hysteroscopy. From the start there has always been a communication issue with the front & back office, and about the financial aspect. It’s a smaller office that has lots of potential but I do believe staff needs to be trained more and job delegations should be spread to different people not front staff.

DON'T COME HERE! Awful Facility. I had one failed IUI as a cash patient, and the entire process was abysmal. There was zero guidance and no communication. When my IUI failed, instead of calling for a follow-up, they treated me like a mere transaction, showing no sympathy. The place feels like it's being run out of someone's garage due to their complete lack of communication. The doctor himself seems completely checked out and barely provides any feedback. When my husband asked him for recommendations to improve his sperm count, all he could say was "no." On the day of my first IUI, the doctor was condescending, stating that the sperm count was low and our chances of a successful IUI were poor. When I asked if we should postpone, he dismissively said "no, it's still worth a shot" - without any confidence in the procedure he was about to perform. I later spoke with the doctor's wife, who serves as their financial director. She promised me a discount on my next IUI and said she would get my lab bill decreased (she never did). Recently, when I informed them that I have insurance coverage for up to 6 IUIs, they gave me the runaround for three weeks, ignoring my emails and phone calls about insurance verification. Finally, after the front desk representative confirmed my coverage, the financial director called to tell me they don't accept insurance for IUIs because they "don't have a reimbursement contract" with insurance companies. Instead, she offered me a cash IUI for $1,200. How convenient that they're quick to offer cash discounts but won't work with patients who have full insurance coverage. This facility has wasted both my time and money. They are dishonest and clearly have no idea how to run a professional medical practice. Fertility treatment is such a vulnerable journey, and to play with people's emotions and lie to them is inexcusable. Absolutely disgraceful.

My wife and I had an incredible experience with Green Valley Fertility Partners. We began our IVF journey in January 2024 and were thrilled to welcome our beautiful baby girl in October 2024. Every staff member was exceptional, from the receptionist to the back office, nurses, medical assistants, and, of course, Dr. Fisch, who guided us through this remarkable journey. We will always be grateful for discovering this clinic and hope to start the process again in 2026.

We started our journey May of last year and it’s honestly been the best experience. Not only did this doctor figure out what was going on health wise with my wife but he made it possible for us to get pregnant. We officially graduated today and I’m so happy and excited but also sad to leave this staff and our doctor. Thank you so much again for everything. We will miss seeing you so often but we will see you again.

We are very grateful with GVFP, all staff special mention to Ivy Jackie Kensy and Joanna and Dr Fisch have been very patient with me. They are very transparent with the treatment price and very helpful on which option to take to get the most affordable plan. I am pregnant now and we are very happy!

"BE AWARE" of this clinic, I had 2 appointments with them that my insurance covered . Then they asked me for $4500 out of pocket to continue treatment that I immediately paid without them even providing an invoice as I trusted them. Well unfortunately I didn't not continue treatment I didn't have any more appointments with them. I requested the $4500 back since no services were never provided. I've called and emailed their office manager Ivy at first she would say they needed to wait for my insurance to pay them for my 2 visits.Its been 12 weeks I have verified with my insurance they have paid them and I have not heard from them or received a refund. My next step will be small claims court which will require me to travel to Nevada. So Be ware.

I started going to see Dr. Fisch last July for IVF and everyone there was so friendly and made me feel super comfortable about the whole process! I am happy to say I got pregnant in November and I just gave birth to a beautiful baby girl! Thank you for the amazing experience!

Dr. Fisch and staff were all very professional and kept guiding me through all the medications and process. I made the right decision by attending this clinic. Happy to say we had a positive result and currently pregnant. Thank you to all the amazing staff.
