Been a patient for years. Called today and everyone had a nasty attitude. Two people snapped at me. (The nurse and office manager tammy) Reporting this to the medical board made me feel some kind of way. Was at my surgeons office had phone on speaker. My surgeon heard the whole conversation and said the proper thing to do would have been to send all calls to answering service rather than snap at a patient. Office manager stated a patient had passed. No apology just what you want was thrown out.. I work as a nurse myself and I have had patients Ive gotten close to pass away. But if you can't handle your emotions then go home. Don't answer the phone. Do something but to take your grief out on someone else is not professional nor is it tolerated in the medical field. I will be filing a complaint. My blood pressure skyrocketed after that call. It was 160/114. If your in the nursing field and you can't do your job find another one. Emapthy is an emotion it can be controlled. Just like every other emotion. Gonna find me a new hematologist. I LOVE Dr. Parihk, but your staff is not for me. I'll pass.

I am writing this letter to you today as I reflect back upon the two years of intensive chemotherapy I received under your watchful eyes and dutiful care. I wanted to share my thoughts about the experience I had in your care. My diagnosis with triple negative breast cancer 9 years earlier came as a compete shock to me. As I imagine it does for many of your patients. My previous treatment experience in 2012 was not great and I was afraid and scared. So, I had to educate myself about my disease. In 2019, I transferred to the LVCC. I felt so amazingly secure in your daily care that I quickly forgot about my fears and looked forward to seeing each and every one of you each time. The care, the support, the kindness and most importantly, the love in which you enveloped me during this difficult period in my life. I do not know how you face the challenges of each patient with good humor, positivity and do care that you bring with you each and every day. Thank you Barbie Owens

Very respectful and well spoken! I got good vibes in the doctor office and i felt like vip. Great attitudes from all the staff and Dr. Ahmed really listened to me and cared what i had to say. He was prompt in ordering my tests and i look forward to my next appointment.

Terrible experience all around. Dr.Ahmed’s staff were rude to me from day 1. Should’ve taken that as a sign to go elsewhere, but I stayed for the torture to continue. I would regularly (4 x) show up to appts for scans and they never even got the approval w insurance started, therefore, be told my scan that was ordered two or more weeks ago was not happening today. 4 appts turned into 8 appts. I’m on chemo, nauseous, drained, in pain, and my immune system is compromised w a pandemic going on. Dr. Ahmed never apologizes for his staffs mistakes, he never brings it up to even ask me about the issue. He takes his horrible staffs back not even caring about the full spectrum of what happens to his patients regularly. I was rushed in and out of appts w/Dr. barely enough time to ask questions. Then we go into the nurse assigned to me that stabs me 3-4 times looking for a vein every time. Dr.Ahmed and his staff do NOT care about the well being of their patients. Id steer clear

Dr. Ahmed and his staff are first class. They are one of the nicest and most compassionate people that I have met and really listen to the patient’s needs. Jamie and Bayink are great nurses that really go above and beyond to make sure that each patient is well taken care of. Also, Dr. Ahmed is very passionate about what he does and it shows through his attention to detail and how he takes the time to get to know his patient which is very rare nowadays. Overall, they took very good care of me and alleviated my worries while I was undergoing chemotherapy. I highly recommended this office!

When you are going through something as horrific as cancer, it is a pleasure to deal with the staff and doctor in this office. They are all so caring and extremely knowledgeable about your health issues. They all have made my experience so much better and comforting. God bless them.

I adore Dr. Ahmed ... he would receive 10 stars as a physician. He is one of the first physicians that I saw after moving to Vegas in 2013. After a medical crisis with a life-threatening bilateral PE & Left Leg DVT the past weekend, our primary care physician requested that my husband see a Hematologist - I immediately requested Dr. Ahmed. However, apparently the front office representative is not the person that I dealt with in the past. I am already stressed out from the weekend of hell in a hospital ... then to get someone that could care less about you, your issues, or have any interest in finding a resolution ... to the point that she actually hung up on me. Finally, I ended up doing the same to her since it felt like I was talking to a brick wall. I am so done with someone being rude to me that I would rather find another hematologist for my husband. I am calling Dr. Gollard's office in the morning. UGH! Sorry, Dr. Ahmed - if I could get thru you dragon lady, I would have much preferred you to any other DR.

He the best what he does! I trust him with my health! I would completely recommend Dr. Ahmed!

Dr. Ahmed is the best at what he does! The staff are always very friendly & professional. As well as caring & compassion! I would completely recommend Dr. Ahmed & his practice!!!
