Called today for an appointment for someone else and the female staff member who answered the phone was a little rude. I'm familiar with OMT/OPP but she asked me "who is this" twice when asked on cost of services since I wasnt sure if treatments (HVLA, counterstrain, muscle energy) were done per hour (or otherwise) based on how complex the services needed were...

Dr. Ziegler aligned me in no time. He has a great personality and is very honest. Some doctors want you to come see them all the time. Dr. Ziegler said his goal was to get me aligned so I don't have to see him. I was very impressed with him.

Great Doctor. Very attentive and showed a genuine concern for well being. He is very supportive of the military and expresses his gratitude for all of us every time I visit. I always feel better after a session. I highly recommend this doctor.

Dr. Ziegler has been the only physical doctor I've seen that been able to give me real complete pain relief after I mysteriously started having unrelenting pain in my back last year. I was in pain whether standing, sitting or sleeping and didn't know what was wrong with me as i am pretty healthy and active. Neither Chiropractors, massage therapists or other alternatives were able to give me any relief or explain what was going on with my body. Not only did Dr Ziegler know exactly what was wrong but after working on me, I felt COMPLETE relief for the first time in months!

Another new patient (two of us calling) who got treated unprofessionally by the person answering the phone. Sadly, I will never meet this wonderful doctor because I choose not to do business where the front desk treats patients this way.

My first appointment with Dr Z. Staff was friendly and it seems he has really helped me. I had gone to 2 other Dr's without much relied for a strained shoulder and neck. I would definitely go back again. I did experience a long wait time to be seen and I'm hoping this isn't the norm.
