I just switched primary care doctors after my fourth bad experience at this practice. It is almost impossible to actually see Dr. Lam or even one of her nurse practitioners. Most recently, I tried to make an appointment with someone ANYone after being sick for a week. I was told I'd have to wait until the following week and to find a walk-in clinic somewhere. This came on the heels of being extremely ill with a 103.7 fever a month ago and being told by the on-call service that this practice doesn't keep an on-call doctor, and to go to the emergency room. My wife, sick with the same bug, got a call back within 10 minutes of calling her doctor the night before. Dr. Lam also will not give referrals to chiropractors AT ALL, regardless of the patient's wishes or previous benefits. Very glad to have made the switch.
