Dr. Chan identified my foot pain/ issues & what he would do to remove my pain, give me an arch, as well as better balance (both of which I've never had!) It is extensive reconstruction, but I felt necessary to better the last 1/3 of my life! His entire staff have been friendly, knowledgeable & timely. Today, after 5 weeks of going weightless, Dr Chan said I've got another few weeks of healing to go.... Once I'm walking again, I'll post my final results with thoughts on my care from start to finish. SURGERY UPDATE Just past 4 months & I've gone to PT for a month. I'm feeling what it's like to have an arch& walk with no pain! Glorious! Dr. Chan said my balance will come over time. So far everything he has told me has been true! If you have foot issues, I'd totally recommend you see Dr Chan. 👏🏿👏🏼👏😎

The people answering the phones are rude, insensitive, and rush to transfer you to the wrong department. I have chronic knee pain along with a torn meniscus. It seems as though they leave their patients in limbo and hopeless. I have to find another office!

I've been dealing with this orthopedic surgeon for off and on for about 3 years 4 years and it's finally time to replace the knee they did everything they could come for me before it came to this and I'm comfortable with the office doing the surgery I feel that I do have the best it's in Vegas maybe even the state I'll give you more information after the surgery but the things they did keep it from surgery was the utmost trust them I do I don't have any photos at the moment you'll probably come sooner or later when I'm out when I'm playing and having fun after all this time

My neighbor is a single mother of twin boys. She has been barely able to walk for nearly 2 years with no answers. She called me crying a few days ago because she had an appointment with the orthopedic surgeon to take a look at X-rays and finally get some answers but she felt she couldn't make it to her car. I was happy to walk her to her car... but what about when she gets to the doctors office? Someone would need to come retrieve her with a wheelchair. I was sure that someone from the office would be willing to come out and get her seeing as this is a place where most people are coming and going in wheelchairs and shuttle buses. She calls and she is told that they have wheelchairs but NOBODY will be able to help her.If I hadn't by chance been home in order to go with her and help her.... She could have never made it inside for this appointment. From the parking lot into suite 161... was a LONG walk. Upon arrival I had to leave my ID to use the wheelchair, which is fine, I understand. They wouldn't give it back until after her appointment. As she was in the small, packed, cramped, waiting room... the girl at the front desk starts yelling out medical questions for my neighbor to answer in front of everyone! Things that should be asked quietly at the desk or in a back room. Once she was finally called back, the nurse acted like she had never seen a wheelchair before and acted very bothered be having to pull her back in the chair. It was so odd to me. They made her feel embarrassed to be using the wheelchair.The reason I'm still giving 4 stars is because despite some of the odd behavior..... everyone was extremely nice and polite. And for the first time in 2 years, my neighbor got ANSWERS! She finally got the help she so desperately needed . Her hip is collapsed . They gave her pain meds, anti inflammatories and they are getting her set up for a hip replacement. She left in tears OF JOY! I'd recommend this place but be sure to have help if you can't walk on your own and don't have a wheelchair accessible to you.The PHYSICIANS ASSISTANT named Paul Morgan was truly the star of the show. He was the one that started giving my neighbor her life back.

Dr. Bradley Baker refused to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I brought with me MRIs I recently got and gave them to the nurse. The next thing I know one of the office supervisors is telling me the Dr wont see me because it takes too much time to review the MRIs. I felt so scared and alone. I waited weeks for this appointment to treat my leg that was in pain everyday. I wouldn't recommend this orthopedist unless you can risk him not showing up

Still, so appreciative for Dr. Chan. Nothing is every easy, but still 1 step at a time. Literally.
