Had Ptosis surgery, I was absolutely terrified. Dr. Myint and his staff were fantastic, had no pain or any discomfort really, a little bruising but not bad at all! My whole experience was great! I highly recommend Dr. Myint he did a great job. Many thanks again Dr. Myint

I had a consultation with Dr. Myint this morning. He is an oculo facial plastic surgeon. His office is located in Nevada Eye Physicians, an ophthalmology practice -- which is indeed one of Dr. Myint's expertise areas with respect to plastic surgery. The glass door entering into the suite's waiting room clearly has his name displayed. I checked in with the receptionist. Minutes later I was greeted by one of Dr. Myint's assistants and escorted into one of the practice's exam rooms--similar to any other medical practice exam room. I was clearly impressed with Dr. Myint's knowledge, his detailed explanations, and his overall patient demeanor in terms of listening/answering questions. His staff is friendly and definitely service oriented. My experience rated 5's in all aspects that are important to me. Office aesthetics is not one of those. Dr. Myint won my trust by his knowledge and "bedside manner." His support staff is first class as well.

Sometimes surprises are NOT a good thing. With lots of cosmetic surgeons in the Vegas valley, I chose one with high ratings partially because the office is 2.5 miles to Dr Myint's office and I knew post-op visits would be required. . Walked into building at 1505 Wigwam in Henderson. Did not see his name listed anywhere on lobby directory. Went back to my car and phoned. Girl said to go into suite 100. I entered some other large practice that looked/felt like a run down bus station waiting room. Went to a counter and asked where Dr Myint's office is. "He doesn't have one, but I'll have someone come and get you" said one of the many receptionists. Then I heard someone yelling "Glenn” but couldn’t tell where it's coming from. Young lady led me down a dingy narrow hall and scooted us into a tiny bare walls room with fluorescent lighting that could have been an interrogation room at a police station if it had a table (I watch cop shows). VERY INFORMATIVE, AND UPFRONT TO DISCUSS MY CONDITION, DR. MYINT SET ME AT EASE IN REGARDS TO MY UPCOMING SURGERY.

Dr. Myint was up front, told me exactly what I needed to know. I would highly recommend him to all my friends and relatives.

I Have noy had surgery yet but location staff polite, courteous, friendly.

Dr. Mint is very professional, listened and understood my issues. He explained to me with uncomplicated answers. I didn't have to ask him to elaborate on anything as I usually do with most Doctors. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field. I have had a successful surgery with Dr. Mint last year. Returning to him for a different reason and am contemplating a bit of plastic surgery as well. That's how much I trust him and highly recommend him.

I was referred to Dr. Myint by the Shepherd Eye Clinic to have a growth between my right eye and nose removed. This was done a few days ago. During the entire process, prior visits and surgery, I have been pleased with my treatment by Dr. Myint and his staff. There is one item I believe Dr. Myint and his staff might address, and that's call backs to the patient who call in to speak to his surgical schedulers. A patient calls in, the call goes to voice mail where the message says to leave a message and someone will return the call. Sometimes it's two days before there's a call back. That doesn't work for me. What am I supposed to do, sit at home by the phone and wait for the callback? Does anyone have a suggestion for how this can be improved for both the patient and the doctor and his staff? It's easy for me to complain but what would I do if I were in the other position?
