Doctor and staff are great. However, be prepared to wait a minimum of one hour past your appointment time to be seen (this occurred at my past 3 visits) and, if you call the office, be prepared to be on hold for 15 to 30 minutes before your call is taken.

Office staff are very friendly. However, it took 1.25 hours past my appointment time to be seen. Also, trying to through on the phone is frustrating. It generally involves calling 8-10 times before someone answers.

the staff is very friendly and professional. They make each patient feel important. The office and exam rooms are always very quiet and clean. Dr. Sayal takes his time with with and explains what is happening and what his plans are for your treatment. He is never in a hurry and makes you feel important

Orders tests CT scans, etc. and doesn't advise you of the results unless you call him. When going over them he seems disinterested and in a hurry. If it's blood tests THAT HE ORDERED, he tells you to go see your Primary for what to do!!
