I recently went through a septoplasty and rhinoplasty with Dr. Schroeder and am very satisfied with my experience. Leading up to the surgery he provided me with recommendations for the surgery, collected my feedback, and ensured that I had an understanding of the recovery process. It's only been about ten days and I am already noticing and loving the results for both my breath as well as the appearance of my nose. Dr. Schroeder delivered a beautiful and natural nose with noticeable improvement in my ability to breath, despite being swollen still. Thank you Dr. Schroeder!

I had a rhinoseptoplasty in Oct of 2022 and I still can't breathe well. I breathe better than before the surgery but I still can't breathe well out of my left nostril. I paid out-of-pocket a huge amount of money and I still can't breathe through my nose well. I'm angry about it.

Think twice. I think I rushed into something with a provider who is too busy to provide reasonable follow up support.

Tried since March to get an appointment still waiting......Something's wrong with their procedures.

Over the course of nine years, I consulted with four different ENTs (ear, nose and throat doctors) about my chronically stuffy nose – especially when sleeping. While they all seemed very competent, the first three, after cursory examinations, did not have any recommendations for treatment. It was not until saw Dr. Walter Schroeder that I got some real relief. I first needed a CAT scan from which he determined he could make a positive difference in the quality of my breathing. He performed septoplasty (deviated septum correction), turbinate reduction, and endoscopic surgery for chronic sinusitis. The surgery was not a fun experience by any means but it made an amazing difference in my sleep-breathing and my breathing in general. Too often, I was breathing through my mouth rather than my nose which is not the healthiest way to go. Six months later and fully healed, I am very grateful to Dr. Schroeder for his diagnosis and the improvement his procedures have afforded me in my breathing and quality of life. It has made a significant difference in how I feel on a daily basis. In addition to his skills and the medical magic he performed on me, Dr. Schroeder is a very nice guy and a real pleasure to deal with. From the start, he listened to all my symptoms and seemed genuinely interested in helping me. Also, everyone on his staff was professional and personable. Last but not least, the main office at ENTC of Nevada and their outpatient surgery center were very clean, comfortable and modern. I am only sorry it took me eight years to find Dr. Schroeder. If you are in need of an ENT, I highly recommend him.

6 month wait to get an appointment. No prompt phone service. 2 hour wait, even when you do have an appointment.

Im a little late on writing this review, yesterday was my 6 month follow up from a septoplasty/turbinate reduction. Dr Schroeder is really incredible at what he does, followed by Dr. Brookshire and the staff was friendly and efficient. No complaints at all, I breathe better and my nose is so much cuter lifted up! It did take time to get in, they're busy...be patient!

Some people have messaged me regarding pricing and recovery time. My recovery time was about 2-3 weeks and the swelling fully went down after about 6 months! My insurance covered everything except the "rhinoplasty" portion. I can't remember exactly but I believe it was about $5400.

He is a wonderful surgeon! His bedside manner is great. Had multiple friends seen him too with nothing but great things to say!
