The best guy I ever in my life met.

Dr Milman and his Nurse Practitioner are excellent! I am very, very, concerned that since the transition to Village Medical, the Additional Senior Care Management that both my wife and I subscribe to is…. No longer supported. We’re spoiled by the previous care and support from this office but since the transition to Village Medical, it seems as though there is no staffing to answer the phone. Calls to the office go unanswered, calls to the office, selecting the “priority” for those in the Senior Care Program are unanswered, and when I use the previous extension given to me, prior to the village changeover, that extension of x351…. Well, that is never answered. How are we to communicate with our doctor?? I understand the transition to Village Medical created a few bumps in the road… but over a year later it seems the phone message (excuse?) remains the same and the reception of telephone calls has… worsened, not improved. Help.

This doctor is very smart but seems to rush me when I come into the office, tells me he spent to much time talking to me, walked out of the room when I'm still talking, and has never even listen to my heart beat which is very strange. Last time I was there he gave me a referral for a counselor when I wasn't even there for that. I tried to talk to the office manager about his unprofessional behavior and she wouldn't return my phone call. I have 0 intentions of returning.

I was a patient of Dr. Milman's from 2010 to 2016. I moved out of the Las Vegas area and was unable to see him for my primary care needs. While he was my physician he was sharp, always spent enough time, available, and I felt well cared for. I would highly recommend him to anyone, and I will return to him should I relocate to Nevada again.

I came into the office to see this doctor for the 3 time in person. He is my primary care physician. I told him my problems, asking for a referral to a rheumatologist and to sign FMLA paperwork. He rushed me, wouldn't look at my labs from the VA, told me he had spent to much time with me. BTW, it was able 15 minutes tops. Said he can only spend so much time with each patient. I was still talking to him when he stood up and walked out so I followed him asking him to sign my FMLA document. He was acting like a caged animal when he was in the room with me. It was very odd since the door is always open. Also, he didn't even exam me even though I was complaining about dry eyes, dry sinuses, and sores in my nose. He told me I need to go back to Hawaii. I guess because there is more moisture there. Anyways, usually he is a good doctor so it was very strange and the only referral I got was to see a counselor didn't give me one to a rheumatologist which I was concerned I have sjogrens

This is a turn and burn doctor. He and his off ice also are keen in how to shirt around Medicare receiving money monthly for services not provided. Doctor gave me pitch about a chronic care package. I asked how much a was told nothing and if there's a charge to immediately cancel. Well there was a charge and since I hadn't received a bill in 2 or 3 months I called to dispute a $10 or $12 charge. The office didn't agree with me when I repeated what Dr. Milman had told me they turned me into collections for $170 and my bill was only $70! I called Medicare and there is an actual chronic care program that they subsidize. The doctor gets $65 a month whether he sees you or not and you are charged $12 as well. I was never told or given any info on what was covered under "chronic care". All I knew is that was a prompt on their phone answering reducing your wait time on the phone. This was the only "chronic care" option that was made available to me and the office was receiving $76 a month for what?! Whatch out for this group of so called medical professionals.

an ok office but a great doctor. it's a shame how front desk treats people. they all need to go back to training or seek another job.

Dr. Milman does not own his own Practice and depends on Computer Interaction vs. Being a Physical Doctor who can depend on when the Chips are down. Doctor ? Will not be going back!!!

Here is a doctor who cares for his patients. I'm okay waiting a little past my appointment times because he takes his time with me and my spouse (and I'm assuming the other patients). He is very knowledgeable and has a GREAT bedside manner. He has called up after a sick visit to make sure I'm doing better and is great at knowing which tests to order to make a correct diagnosis. And although this is not from him but one of the PAs, I came in once with pain (pain I had on and off for over 15 years) and the PA sent me right away for an MRI and to a neurosurgeon. My old doc. would only give me RX for pain, but his staff cares enough to find out the cause of pain. I now do not even know the last time I even touched a pain pill after finally having a correct diagnosis, so the source of the pain can be treated.
