Dr. Bronstein performed a couple of surgeries on my mother and she asked me to write this review. She loves how Dr. Bronstein treated her and the results of her surgeries. She has good function of both her hands, he changed her life for the better. She is very grateful and has seen that after so many years Dr. Bronstein continues to provide excellent care to his patients. As a family we refer people we know to Dr Bronstein for any needs regarding the expertise and specialty Dr. Bronstein and his team provide.

Fantastic surgeon and he genuinely cares. His staff is also great. Had a complex finger surgery.

Dr. Brownstein is in my opinion the best hand surgeon Doctor period, none better. I highly recommend him if you have any problem with your hand. Also his bedside manor is excellent, just before he performed surgery he took almost 15 minutes to explain to my wife exactly the surgical procedure he was going to perform, before he explained this to my wife she was a nervous wreck, after he explained in detail the procedure, the healing process and the therapy that I would be doing after surgery, she was assured that I was going to have a successful operation, she was calm hernervousness went away. As far as his therapists they are excellent and take good care of their patients and her very caring and friendly. The office staff is very friendly also. I would never go to another hand Doctor. Went in for a knee injection. Everyone was great. Dr Debiparshad was great. All the staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. Aubrey at front desk, Jessica pre op and post op nurse, Cici operating nurse, and Tish Operating room tech. Recommend this surgery Center everyone.

Dr. Wang and the staff at the Bronstein Hand Center were so friendly but professional. I had a very short wait time and the physical therapy was at the same location. I had broken both wrists in a fall which healed quickly. I highly recommend her and will use her again if I have future hand issues.

I really hated my experience with Dr. Andrew Bronstein. I was scheduled on Halloween 2022 and Dr. Bronstein was dressed up as the Wizard of Oz! I read his profile notebook while in the exam room. I think expounding on his personal hobbies as much as he did (ice hockey and playing drums) is very unprofessional. I was there for a consult about my medical issues, not a Halloween party. I had brought an MRI disc and was told their disc reader was not working. I had anticipated that during this appt. Dr. Bronstein would look at the MRI disc (not just the report) and at the previous xray from my last appointment with Dr. Wang (a few months prior) for his opinion. Nope...he did not even look at my wrists until the very end of the appointment (after I told him I would not do yet again MORE xrays ). Only when I reached out to show him my wrists did he look at them. He jumped on the fact that I have gout and need to be on a prescription rather than address the osteoarthritis and opsteoporosis and constant pain in the same joints. I felt Dr. Bronstein was very unprofessional, arrogant, and condescending.

I am so thankful I was referred to Dr Bronstein. Another Doctor wanted to preform surgery when it was totally unnecessary. A simple shot completely alleviated all my pain !! Best Doctor highly recommended.

The team does not return calls. I needed a note to return to work with no call back I left serval messages. The receptionist tried to argue with me that I received a call. I mentioned I had no message from the person in question. She still tried to argue, I said she didn’t call if there is no message.

Good doc. Can't say staff is on top of things tho. It took me 2 phone calls before I got a response.

3 verified calls with insurance and myself about accepting my insurance weeks wait for the appointment with referral with insurance information to deny me while I'm in the waiting room. How is it possible 3 different times my insurance was verified and accepted to then be denied upon arrival. Olivia Wang and Brostein institute is a disgrace for patient care and communication. Avoid this facility.
