Dr. Anna Gotardo started out being very friendly, pleasant and professional. However, over time, she became lax and completely ignored me at time of need! It took me calling the Customer Service Number on the back of my Medical Card while crying hysterically before getting a Prescription refilled. I would be very wary about getting to comfortable with her, as your Primary Doctor

She’s an amazing doctor!!!! I was hesitant at first but I’m glad my insurance assigned me to her! I love her. She’s very very SMART and knows what she’s doing and very friendly. She’s my favorite. She’s a lot younger than the photo posted here.

Dr. Gotardo is amazing in her medicine practice. She cares about your health and listens to your concerns. She doesn't overlook the underlying problem. She is a top notch physician, that tells you exactly what you need to hear, not what you want to hear.

I asked for a prescription but she denied it, she said a lot of doctors got in trouble for prescribing it and she told me some stupid stories of her about the medicine. I told her that it's the only medication that works for me and told her more details why but she was ignoring what I was saying and my point. If she is not confident enough to prescribe medication, she is in the wrong field. It is not right to suspect your patients as drug dealers. 1 bottle takes me 3-6+mos, been taking for 7yrs.
