Arlyn Valencia's Online Review Report Card

I have been having a intense headache everyday for one year. I have met so many doctors and she is the only doctor who could make my headache manageable. Thank you. One of the reviews says "where is she?" She is in Las Vegas at Spine and Pain Center.

I was really let down based on the reviews I read online before seeing Dr. Valencia. She is nice but unprofessional and does not explain things well. The office lacks adequate customer service (don't return phone calls, claim voicemails were never left, don't have an actual phone number to the specific office I visited itself--three locations share one phone number). I was not confident she should be practicing medicine and then I found out online after my visits that she lost her medical license a few years back. I truly hope others are receiving good care from her, as her online reviews suggest, but this is a warning that if you do choose to see her and have a bad feeling, do not return. I wish I listened to my gut

She has been my neurologist for 2 years, I was referred by my neurosurgeon. I was a victim of assault and strangulation. I had so many neurologic problems and I was so depressed. Meeting Dr Valencia changed my life. She has helped me with all aspects she could help me with. My headaches, neck and back issues, my anxiety and depression and everything else seemed to have eased up. My life is better. My outlook is better. I owe her so much. I trust only her. I asked a friend to publish this comment for me. This day and age, it is so hard to find a doctor you can rely on and trust. She saved my life . Too bad, this city does not have other doctors like her.

Let me just say that Dr.Arlyn Valencia has been a heaven sent and she saved my life ...she takes her time going over everything and not rushing me out , she sincerely does everything to help her patients , I have never quite seen a doctor go above and beyond for her patients like Dr. Valencia. I’m forever grateful of her and that I now have a doctor that actually look forward to go see.

Dr. Valencia does not treat a patient just like a number. She cares and extends help like a patient is her own family member. Very assuring and compassionate that you would feel you are in good hands. Her years of experience in the practice is a huge factor to consider if you are looking for neurology care. Her positive attitude makes a patient feel at ease.

Dr. Arlyn Valencia is a caring and compassionate doctor. The first time I saw her which was years ago, she told me that she will take good care of me. And sure she is and has been helping me with my migraine and cervical issues. A patient is not just a number to her. She elicits compassion and sincerity with the desire to help. Her positive attitude makes you feel there’s hope the moment you step out of the clinic. For people who have been looking for Dr. Valencia, she is joining the Las Vegas Spine and Pain Center at N. Buffalo. I am looking forward to see her again at the new location for continued care.

Around 9 years ago, I started having a debilitating pain in my abdominal muscles. The pain made it difficult to stand more than an hour or walk more than a 1.2 mile. I sought help from a total of 9 different doctors including the Scripps Institute. None of the doctors could help the pain, even the pain doctor I went to. I had every test know to medical science. My internist recommended I see Dr. Valencia. She figured it out on the first visit. She injection kenalog and botox into the area and I had immediate relief from the intense pain. I have had several more injections months apart, with more time in between. Dr.Valencia is genius and a very caring doctor. Some months ago, I had a small stroke following a cardiac procedure. I again went to Dr. Valencia to get help from the stroke. I found out that she is an expert of treating stroke victims. She was able to help me and my wife understand what happened and get treatments for the effects of the stroke. She got in touch with my cardiologist and they are working together to help me. I can't tell you how much I appreciate finding Dr.Valencia and helping me in multiple neurological problems.

She has a very caring heart. With that, she really wants to find out what’s ailing you. I’ve been losing leg strength and getting numb and was always just told nothing can be done but control DM. She diagnosed me with CIDP and with Intravenous infusion of IVIg, I’m regaining my strength back, slowly but surely. I would have ended up in wheelchair forever if not for the careful examination of my Dr: Dr Valencia. You saved my life. Forever grateful

Dr. Arlyn Valencia is absolutely AMAZING !! I have had neck pain for over 15 years and have seen countless doctors and have AT LAST found relief. Dr. Valencia is the first and ONLY Dr. who properly examined me. This neck pain has effected my life for years, impairing my ability to do certain activities with my children. She found my source of pain and treated me with trigger point injections. I left the office in complete relief. I am beyond grateful to have found Dr. Valencia and her amazing staff. I have been Dr Valencia’s patient for almost 10 years. Although I live quite a distance from her office, I follow her around because I know I’m in good hands. She is super knowledgeable and highly competent in caring for patients who have neurological and non neurological medical problems. She explains in detail all procedure(s) and/or any radiologic studies.
