My sister is laying in the hospital at this very moment waiting for this doctor to arrive to do a procedure on her scheduled for 30 minutes ago and he still has not arrived in the hospital. The staff indicates that he is ALWAYS late and his office is right next door to the hospital. Do not wait on this man who isn't worth the 2 and 1/2 stars he has been rated!

AFTER SEVERAL CONFIRMATIONS FROM HIS STAFF THAT HE IS A PARTICIPATING PROVIDER OF MY INSURANCE. HE ORDERED SOME TESTS IN ANOTHER LOCATION I WAS TOLD THAT THE PROCEDURE WAS ALREADY APPROVED BY THE INSURANCE. SURPRISINGLY, I RECEIVED AN INVOICE FOR OVER $5K, WHEN I TRIED TO CALL THE BILLING DEPARTMENT, THE PERSON WAS VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. SHE DIDNT CARE TO ASK HER MANAGER OR SUPERVISOR TO RESOLVE THEIR NEGLIGENCE. INSTEAD COLLECTION WITHOUT A CHANCE TO NEGOTIATE .

My mom suffered a Heart Attack while being under the care of Dr Arturo Marchand Jr, and was taken Via Ambulance to the Hospital where Doctors performed an Angioplasty. About a month ago Dr. Arturo Marchand switched her medication from Coumadin to Pradaxa and from what we've been told and from what I've researched this drug is not intended for patients who have a Mechanical Prosthetic Heart Valve, which is what my mom has. My mom almost died due to Dr Marchand negligence and now he is shifting the blame on my mother and stating this drug is ok to take even if the patient has a Mechanical Prosthetic Heart Valve. I give this Doctor no stars. He was very arrogant, confrontational and extremely rude. You do not go to a patient’s bedside while they are at the hospital recuperating from a Life threatening condition and blame them for your negligence and malpractice

The staff at Advanced Cardiovascular Care were kind, attentive and caring towards my husband and me. I was very anxious about my visit but when Dr. Marchand came into the room his calm demeanor put me at ease. He explained what I needed for treatment and answered all my questions, and boy did I have many! Although I wish I didn't have the need to see a Cardiologist, I'm grateful that we found one that truly cares!

I was referred to Dr. Marchand by my primary physician Dr. Robert A. Gaimaro. Dr. Marchand is an angel! He is one of the most caring doctors I've dealt with, aside of my primary physician! His Bed-side manner is wonderful & he is far from intimidating. He has a very caring and comforting demeanor that inspires trust. He genuinely cares about my needs & also respects my time by providing me with his undivided attention. He is exceptionally knowledgeable & he also speaks fluent Spanish, which I love! God forbid I ever needed heart surgery, he would be the one and only to touch my heart! :)
