Ashley Major's Online Review Report Card

Just found out she resigned. My appointment was scheduled for January 2023. I asked why/when I would be notified - lady on phone said "we are reaching out to let people know". When? I asked to schedule with doctor who is replacing her. They can see you in July 2023.. WTH. So unprofessional. I loved Dr. Major - she will be missed. - Valley Health Physicians is the worst!!!

I love Dr. Major. I feel so lucky to have found her as my primary care physician. I've never had any problems with her. I've never waited more than ten minutes in the waiting room. She takes time to talk with me and listen to my concerns. I DO however have a problem with some of the office staff. They do not return calls. The last time they left a message but it didn't address the issue that I contacted them about. Maybe they need more training or more staff if the work load is too large.

Because I can't give zero stars....I have been a patient of Dr. Leslie Jacobs for many, many years and received excellent care. Like many other reviews here, Dr. Major does not give the same care or attention to her patients. I had a telehealth appointment scheduled. The office apparently cancelled it without telling me or rescheduling. When I called in to question why the doctor missed the appointment, I was told it was a "scheduling error" and also that the person was "in training". Neither of which help with the situation. I was told to wait on hold for a supervisor...and they just left me on hold until the office closed for the day. Dr. Jacobs would never have tolerated such poor service.

BEST DOCTOR EVER!!!! Always makes sure her patients are ok, takes the time out to get to know you and asks if there is anything you want to ask her. She is ALWAYS on time. She spends a lot of time with her patients, at times I have been in the office with her for about 30 to 35 minutes. She cares about her patients. It's NOT her that doesn't call back it's the switch board, they don't give them the messages. If Major ever leaves I will leave. She is the ONLY reason why I'm still going there. The office needs to work.

My husband had been seeing dr Leslie jacobs for many years and she always took the time to make sure he was good with any situation that came up but we do not get the same treatment from Dr Major my husband was diagnosed with COVID a week ago the hospital sent him home but he wasn’t getting better by Friday so I called the office needing to see what else we could do before the weekend, I called like 3 different times I was told they were sent urgent to the Dr and her assistant Emilio not once did we get a call back so then on Monday I called two more times trying to get help because he was still not getting better but once again no call back so now he’s back in the hospital in worse shape than we started a week ago but I guess once a patient gets diagnosed with COVID Ashley and Emelio stop treating patients, then he finally calls back and leaves a message we don’t know why you are upset Well had they called us back on Friday we could have possibly avoided a hospital stay

Doctor Major is always on time, listens, is thorough. I got really sick with pneumonia and she took such good care of me to make sure I was getting the right treatment and made sure I was completely healed with more X-rays. I highly recommend her.

I had my first in-person appointment with Doctor Major yesterday. A fine experience, everything you'd want in a primary care doctor.

Dr. Majors took over the presence of one of the best Medical Doctors in Las Vegas Dr. Leslie Jacobs who's a very strict Dr to have had. We have the confidence for Dr. Jacobs decision to add Dr. Majors take over her patients. My wife, mother in law, and I see Dr. Majors. So far she's been an Amazing Doctor to have for our Primary Care Physician. I couldn't ask for anyone better. We love you Dr. Majors, you're the best. We also want to thank Dr. Jacobs for finding Dr. Majors. ?????
