Ashley V. Kelley's Online Review Report Card

This doctor is the worst doctor. She charges new patients $100, and then does nothing. It’s been over a week since I’ve seen her and I’m still waiting for her to send in my prescription to my pharmacy. Her office staff also tells their patients calling about prescriptions that the prescription will be sent after 3:00 pm, because that’s when the office closes. So, if she doesn’t send in your prescriptions, you can’t call back until the next day. No joke. Stay away.

I'm very happy to have found Dr. Kelley. She is compassionate, understanding and helpful. The staff is very nice and I usually don't have to wait too long in the waiting room.

When I first met with Dr. Kelley (March 25, 2019) I totally liked her. She spent a lot of time with me and I didn't feel rushed to get out of the office. After my initial appt., that's when things got ridiculous. She referred me to Desert Radiology for an ultrasound but when I showed up for my appt. (which took 3 weeks to get into) I was told my insurance wasn't accepted there. So I called Dr. Kelley's office to find out who else to go to. I was told to go to Steinberg Diagnostic. When I called to make an appt I asked ahead of time if my insurance was accepted. They said No, it was not.. So with that I called my insurance company to actually find out who IS covered under my plan. Was told it was Southwest Medical Associates.. Called SMA to find out all info (fax # and what documents they would need) so I can give it to my doctors office since they cant seem to figure this out. Called Dr. Kelley's office to give them SMA contact information so the referral could be sent out. The girl at Dr. Kelley's office who answered the phone was surprised with all the information I had and actually told me I should get a job there since I did such a good job at finding everything out and how easy I made HER JOB... Really!! I STILL was not able to get into SMA for an ultrasound until June 6, 2019 and I only knew a referral was sent over because I happened to log into my insurance carries website and seen the referral was sent. There was NO call from Dr. Kelley's office letting me know they processed/ submitted the referral on May 3, 2019 and for me to make an appt. Once ultrasound was done I was told it would take 5 days for the doctor to receive the report. I was anxious to get my follow up appt scheduled so I called Dr. Kelley's office and requested an appt within 7 days of getting my ultrasound. I show up to Dr. Kelley's office and guess what?! They didn't have any appt set for me at all! What the hell is going on here? Dr. Kelley went ahead an seen me since I was there, gave me a referral to see an Endocrinologist and told me to process the referral... Next day I call to make my appt for the Endocrinologist and was told the Doctor needed to send over the referral, her notes and any blood work........ OKAY.. I call Dr. Kelley's office letting THEM know THEY need to send over the referral (as this is common for the doctor to submit, NOT THE PATIENT) before I am able to make an appt. Dr. Kelley's assistant tells me she cant send the referral because my chart/ notes are in Dr. Kelley's office and the Doctor is not in the office that day... My referral would be sent over next business day. I waited one day, called to make an appt with the Endocrinologist. No referral paperwork was sent over. WTF! Called Dr. Kelley's office to inquire and Dr. Kelley's office is closed for the day....... There is no excuse nor is this acceptable actions coming from a professional... or a Doctor even. RIDICULOUS as I said.. I'm going to a new doctor that actually works and processes paperwork within a reasonable time frame.

Yea she's a building over 2701 n tenaya upstairs..But her website says she charges 948 dollars a yr for unlim visits. Concerige medicine I think new name Summerville Medical..same great doctor.took me awhile to see her probably my Lousey insurance HPN

Dr Kelley reminds me of doctors I knew when I was growing up. She is kind and compassionate, and you sense that she really cares about you. The appointments don't alway start on time, but that is because she gives her patients the time that they need, and she does not rush you. I really love this doctor and I highly recommend her.

So happy to have found her. She is so polite and she cared what I had to say. She also told me she is now doing medical spa services and her pictures she did looks really good.

Very old internist. Needs to retire. Very compassionate very smart but her staff are flakes especially the fat one who is not interested in helping anyone in front

Dr. Kelley is never in the office nor does she process referrals within a timely matter.
