Since November I have had to have a surgery a month at least. I have had 5 procedures since Dec. 2023 and every time there has been an issue. Today was the last straw. I was scheduled for fistula placement today upon my arrival and check in at 6:45 am for a 7:15 am appointment I find out they have me scheduled for a different type of surgery. They had me down for an Ellipsys surgery with I told the tech doing my vein mapping I didn't want, I told the Ellipsys rep who was there the day of my mapping I didn't want the Ellipsys I wanted the old school normal fistula. I told my nurse I didn't want the Ellipsys either, yet I was scheduled for an Ellipsys today. No one ever called me to discuss the results of my vein mapping no discussion on placement their attitude is you will take what we give you! 2+2 always equals 5 there and they don't like when you ask questions about things that don't add up. Just so you know because Fresenius won't tell you, you have options with getting your catheters and fistulas placed you don't have to use their surgery center Azura which is owned by the Dr's.

Today I went for a Pd Catheter implant and I was very nervous. The nurses put me at ease.Everybody was so amazing. Thank you very much for all of your care.

My husband he had a appointment at 7 am and we got there 10 minutes early , pass 7:06 and they still not open , I ask the nurse what time they open and she was like oh sorry we are on short stuff very disappointed

I had a really great experience at that place, the nurses and doctors are really great at what they do... That place deserves 5 stars.

I had an appointment at your White Marsh, MD center to have my fistula opened today at 12 noon. I waited one and one half hours before being taken back to get ready for my procedure. I waited another one and one half hours to have my procedure done. All together I was in your office for three hours and forty five minutes for a procedure that should have taken no more than an hour or an hour and a half, because I've had it done before elsewhere. I was told they had a patient who took much longer to complete their procedure and they added additional patients to the schedule due to the short week because of the Thanksgiving holiday. The entire time, my wife had to sit in the waiting room the entire three hours and forty five minutes by herself in pain from recent knee replacement surgery. The office should have cancelled appointments so patients did not have to wait so long once they knew how far behind they had gotten getting procedures done, or brought in another doctor. I am going to tell my dialysis center about this incompetence and lack of consideration of your patients and will tell everyone on dialysis not to use this center. I tried to do the survey on your kiosk, but it was not working.
