Geez, all I am trying is to have an appointment with them. The representative hung up on me three times because they were busy. She was rude and said things so fast I couldn't even hear. Good thing she is preventing new patients from going there. I instead find other places.

I had an appointment Tuesday. My prescription was supposed to be sent to my pharmacy on the same day. I have called and left 3 voicemail messages over the past 3 days with NO RESPONSE

Dr Arlene Valencia has literally saved my life, with the treatments that I'm getting now for my stiff person syndrome and all of the other things that she's doing for me for my condition makes my condition very much in the background and not in the forefront of my life she's an absolute genius and her staff are angels and she takes a very aggressive stand on treatment and actually has an interest in my well-being and happiness, I am so glad that I switched neurologist after not being treated for my illness for over a year from my old neurologist just test after test after test he was just milking my insurance, but Dr Arlene Valencia is actually taking action and it's paying off in a big way physically and mentally I can't recommend her more. Thank you Dr very much for everything that you've done and are doing for me!!

I was pretty nervous reading the reviews but I didn't have a choice because of the pain I've been in. I have to say I was very surprised when met with Dr Tonkin and his staff at his office. Dr Tonkin took time with me, spent time looking at my MRI's. He knew I was in pain and he definitely wanted to make sure to help me. I've seen multiple Spine surgeons and nobody wanted to help me or even give me an actual diagnosis. Dr Tonkin diagnosed me with the correct issues that matched my symptoms. The only negative thing is when I called for MA to send my pre authorization for my pain meds it took them 3 weeks to even try and send pre authorization. I left 7 voicemails and nobody called me back....I absolutely love Dr Tonkin so much and I am so grateful

I have been with them since 2012. When I saw Dr. Le I was doing well, getting better, working toward a goal. Then I became ill, adrenal insufficient, which is commonly caused by overuse of steroids and or pain meds. Suddenly I was taboo, Dr. Le would no longer see me, I was shuffled off to one PA to the next. The staff won’t let me speak to Dr. Le regarding anything. Being critically ill the last thing I should be doing is being seen by a PA or Nurse practitioner. I have almost died from them not knowing warning signs or procedures with steroids, things a doctor would know. I was a patient with him when he first opened up and virtually had no staff and only a hole in the wall practice. I have always followed every recommendation, plan of care and used my medication exactly as prescribed so to be treated as I am now by a doctor I held in such high regard and trusted with my life is literally soul crushing. His staff is literally cruel to me on purpose because I have caught their mistakes and hold them accountable as I have to advocate for myself. But I pay dearly for it….. I truly believe Dr. Le was a god send until he totally cast me aside for becoming ill. What kind of doctor does something that cruel to someone who is already suffering and now dying?

After seeing Dr Valencia for over a year and having great service, today drove to the office and got turned away because she refused to see and treat me. They admitted that they saw my name on Friday and questioned the appointment, but no phone call, out of the 6 people standing at the desk doing nothing not one person called to cancel the appointment. Wasted my time, gas, and my fiancee had to take time off work for no reason. She was to give me trigger point injections and refill my meds but did not. So now I live in pain for no reason, even the insurance has sent me paperwork saying she has been approved to treat me and give me meds. I am so upset that I lost a good doctor, so much for trusting her. Looking at the paperwork they gave me, it has another patient's name, they gave me another person's medical records. I don't understand what happened to this office and am now worried about who has mine my records.

my husband suppose to be first time there, however he had an emergency and had to stay in the Hospital for few days in the middle of his appointment. We called, and of course nobody answer, only the Robot, we cancelled the appointment leave our name, and reason, nobody call back to confirm. our Cancellation.......ah!!! ah!!!.. then the day before they call to confirm his appointment, we didn't answer because we were at THE HOSPITAL, Hello do they ever check the messages, why they have that kind of system?? if they don't use it. SO DISAPOINT OF THIESE PEOPLE SYSTEM. Also we live in the South of Vegas and when we call they give him the appointment to N. Buffalo the lady claim they only have two location???? LIAR - when I went in the website I found out , they have three locations and one of them is close to us in S. Rainbow.......WTH??? Is Wrong???

Beware! Dr Le does NOT honor his appointments! He will waster your time! He wasted my whole morning! His rating is less than one star! Ten minutes before my appointment they told me to NOT come in because I was late!!!!!!!!!! They are nuts in the office there. So I will assume Dr. Brian Le is also. I wouldn't trust him with my pain management if he was the only Dr. in town! Ridiculous! You may get a call to not come to your appointment BEFORE your appointment!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dr Li told me clearly on first visit that I had permanent nerve damage as I was mauled by a dog. Had a big lawsuit against dog owner who ruined my life,but Dr Li decided to not support me and lied to me and my lawyer and said he never diagnosed me with permanent nerve damage (other doctors did later) had to beg for much needed prescriptions he knew I needed without which one can have a stroke if not reducing dosage. Worst experience of my life!!

The only thing good about this office is Dr Valencia great neuro.... The Pain management side had a racist experience. Was told by the “nurse practitioner” that I was intimidating and hostile she had no basis to say this to me. Then went on to lie in my chart and say I refused her treatment. A treatment we never got to talk about because between her pretty much calling me and dr valencia a liar she already had pre-opinions about me. When I asked her was she intimidated because I was black she found that to be funny and her and her staff even joked about calling the cops. She claimed I raised my voice I asked did she feel this way because my mask. Then she proceeds to get a nurse by the name of Mario who lacks any form of empathy or human care to reinforce the disrespect they were already giving out.Because thats the climate we happen to be in. When can we go to the doctor trust them and be treated with care? Do you realize how disrespectful it is to tell a black woman she is intimidating and she isnt even doing anything?most Providers and staff nowadays lack human decency. Please go else where . There are doctors who will treat you with respect. I pray Dr Valencia find a better group to work with because she deserves better as does every patient. Before you come on my post responding about narcotics I could give a damn about a narcotic I wanted someone to assist me with getting my daily activities back to normal but when you have people who obtain degrees yet lack human social skills you have a organization that is going to fail eventually. I will be following up with the medical board and medicare as well as local news groups. Absolutely traumatized and disturbed. Im not going to stop until justice is served and attention is brought upon this clinic. You treat ppl like animals.
