Carefirst Urgent Care- Blue Diamond's Online Review Report Card

I came here back in 2/2023 for massive diarrhea after eating raw oysters. The check in clerk was attentive and paying up front was not an issue. The wait was 45 minutes which I dint expect as I was told by the SOHO Care Now that this clinic had no wait. However, a sick child came in after me with the parent of courses. Once I got in the room a man came in and said he was the Nurse Practitioner or it could've been he was a Physicans Assistant. Either way, I was not told prior to check-in the medical professional I would be seeing was not a doctor. I proceeded to tell this young man my shitty story and he responded, "I can't help you. Go to the store and gets some Lomotil or something." He offer nothing. I had to call my insurance and file a complaint. I have never received a refund of my Co-Payment. I DO NOT Recommend.

I had a great experience earlier this week here. The wait time was minimal and everyone was friendly. Instead of a mountain of paperwork, they have a user-friendly system that checks you in over the phone starting with a link via text message. Much quicker than pen and paper and likely much better for their organization of data when it comes to managing it all. The nurse was great and offered very informative information. I could easily see myself coming back. I just hope it isn't for a long time as I'd much rather be in good health!

Booked my appointment online for 5pm by 515 we were being seen by the doctor who was amazing . The woman who worked the front desk who roomed us and did our vitals was so kind, quick and efficient. Usually you wait hours in an urgent care but the reviews I read said quick and efficient and my experience was every bit of that! Will definitely be coming back to this location if we fall ill again. Great job to these healthcare workers for treating us today !

The doctors and nurses are very helpful, the wait time is not very long, the reception is people oriented. I will definitely recommend this location.

The ladies at front where nice and the nurse was super nice and attentive right but mannn ohh mann the doctor was garbage I'm so mad I wasted my time coming here I had 105 fever and she told me I was loosing oxygen and I may not be able to breath soon but she can't help me. All my test came Back negative for flu COVID or strep she said if I didn't want her help to go to emergency room only thing she can give me is a inhaler that's it thats all and to leave in my car to drive me self at 105 temp I go to the hospital across the street I have the flu it came out positive the doctors name is jasmine something horrible service pretty sure she has malpractice under her belt

The front desk ladies were fabulous! friendly and helpful! The MA/Nurse was also great. They all get a 5 plus! BUTTTT....The attending physician was awfu! First he was 45 minutes late showing up at the clinic. I was the first patient when they opened. Then when he treated me he was very cold and dismissive. Never checked my lungs even though I said I had been coughing day and night. He spent about 2 minutes with me and was gone. I would not recommend this Dr. If this location finds a new doctor they will be set! I believe the doctors last name was Culanag.

Greatful for the staff that showed up today. Thank you for what you do! I was in and out of the blue diamond location wait time was less then 10 mins. I visited with a PA today and he was just beyond knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely be going back. (Hopefully not anytime soon)

Although I have came here a few times it's really hit or miss. There's been a few times I get this young "nurse practitioner" (young male I forget his name), but his answer to everything is "it's viral". So I went back this week and luckily the different nurse practitioner was good. Gave me a steroid shot and gave me medicine which I should have gotten the first time. I will admit the front desk people and medical assistants are often great but if I will never see that specific medical practitioner again.
