Excellent experience. The Dr. was very personable, she explained my diagnosis and gave an explanation of the medications she was prescribing to me.

they sent one of my labs to a lab not on my insurance-labcorp, while sending all other labs to the correct lab-quest, this resulted in a bill i had to pay in full out of pocket due to their mistake. called for over 4 months to have them look into it and explain why and every time i called to follow up i was told nothing was done and that they would send the info to billing-but again-they never did look into it. the last time i called they said there was nothing they could do about it and never even explained why the sent the lab request to labcorp!!! very frustrating to say the least and total incompetence on the part of carenow

I came to this urgent care on Saturday 9/23 I was sick for over a week and I was realizing I wasn’t getting any better trying to self medicate with over-the-counter medicine since I don’t have insurance. doctor robert estreller answered all my questions & not only did he make me feel comfortable but made my experience less stressful. I loved that he explained everything to me so thoroughly and made sure that I understood and had no more questions before I left. my experience here was a 10 out of 10 from the front desk the nurse who helped & the doctor. thank you dr robert!

Bit of a long wait if you don’t have urgent medical issues like myself.!If you do, then it’s pretty quick judging from what I was hearing in other rooms. Kind people, and easy.
