I felt like the doctor didn’t take my concerns seriously. I came in for 2 things and she tried to immediately dismiss me after barely discussing only one of them. I had to remind her of the other concern I had, which she basically blew off.

Was told to do a Web check-in so I wouldn’t have to wait in the clinic and it would take about 1.5 hours, so I did. I get a message 2 hours later that they are ready for me. As I’m about to pull into the clinic’s parking lot, I get a call that they can’t see me for another 30-40 minutes. I return 40 minutes later and the receptionist tells me the provider is going to lunch so they won’t be able to see me for another 30 minutes. Can’t comment on the care cause I canceled.

The employees are very respectful and professional. The provider was very fast and perfect. I checked in before going and they notified me to be there later.

Such a nice office the nurse practitioner was super sweet and very thorough. The staff was pleasant and the office was very clean. Highly recommend if you need an urgent care.
