This is by far the best urgent care ever. From check in to seeing the Dr. everyone was curtious, thorough and nice. I highly recommend this place. Thank you Care Now!! 08/20/2022 Second visit here. The staff is so friendly from check-in, vitals and Dr. I was very pleased, they were very busy but so professional. Tara was awesome. Thanks guys!! 03/26/2023 Still have a high opinion of this clinic. Very curtious staff, the Dr. was also very nice. The only difference in this visit was that I felt it was rushed. They were very busy, and possibly understaffed. It was very quick and not as personal as they usually are. I totally understand though. Thank you Care Now. 8/28/2023 This place is still the best. From the front desk to the Dr.'s. I truly appreciate all of you! Thank you 10/8/2023 Saw Dr. Singh today. What a great Dr. He is very caring and efficient. The staff is one of the best. Got in right away after using the online waitlist feature. Very handy. Everyone is very nice there. My only beef is with the doctor. I broke my finger. Rather than letting me just get an x-ray there he looked at it said it was dislocated and sent me to the Lakes emergency room. They did confirm that the x-ray tech was indeed there but for whatever reason the doctor just didn’t feel the need and used his x-ray vision to decide that it was dislocated which was wrong… Hundreds of dollars and two hours later the doctor at the er confirmed that it was indeed broken and then referred me to a specialist. If they would have just let me get the x-ray I could’ve saved my hefty er copay after already paying the copay here. Seriously not cool. The only reason you get two stars is because the nurse was cute and very sweet. He actually tried to get the doctor to let me do that x-ray there. So disappointing to be dismissed.

Gosh I love America! Used to live in Vegas but moved back to Europe. Came back to get hearing aids at Costco because they're half the price for the same models compared to back home. Costco discovered I had a severe ear wax buildup in both ears. CARENOW got me sorted out effortlessly and without waiting because I pre-registered online before the visit. Staff knew exactly what they were doing and got it done without drama and with absolute courtesy. That's one of the things I miss about living here. Everyone goes to work with the right attitude and intends to do as good a Job as they can. (for the most part!) HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
