I was feeling miserable for weeks but as soon as I barely stepped into the clinic, I got a smiley greeting from Simone. She was so nice and sweet and believe me, I've been to medical offices where I wanted to make an about-face, and march off. Then, Elizabeth came in to the office to compute my info. Poor thing, I vented my miserable medical frustrations and she remained patient and really sweet. I'm still lucky so far, everyone has remained pleasant. Then I meet Dr Hall. I vent my medical frustrations again and he remains pleasant and patient as he listens to me. He was nice enough to educate me further concerning my autoimmune issues. He's brilliant and so down-to-earth. This office also called in my prescription meds; I was truly impressed.

Absolutely horrible experience. Slow as hell and there is simply no need for it. No one is here! Was told the wait time was 45 minutes. We have been here for over 3 hours! Avoid this place at all cost!
