List of Charles Fleisher Md's Reviews
I like Dr. Fleisher personally. He is a reasonable and experienced physician. Some younger docs can be very rigid in their approach to patient treatment, and I like that Fleisher is not that way. He is also not a greedy person. He won’t shy from recommending alternatives to prescription meds when it seems appropriate for you. He won’t force expensive options, and he’s generous with free samples if you are cash-pay. I put four stars because he keeps a male receptionist who, every time I speak with on the phone, reminds me of an odd combination of Beavis and Butthead, and the Spanish Inquisition. This receptionist doesn’t hear half of what you are saying, and doesn’t know what the protocols are for anything at all. But he DOES know that there’s NO WAY you can see the doctor without FIRST having a scheduled pre-interview with this (dumb) receptionist where you will answer 20 questions about your vagina (which he’ll probably document wrong anyway). He needs to be better trained or fired. 👈🏻
He is the best. Would recommend everyone to him.
I absolutely recommend Dr Fleisher to anybody who needs an OB/GYN . He has been my doctor for over five years he has even delivered one of my babies. He recently just switched offices to the office on Flamingo rd. His new office staff is amazing. I had my appointment today at 2:45 PM, I was in and out of that office in 30 minutes. Let's be honest ladies nobody likes to go to have their annual done. Dr Fleisher is patient, he makes you feel comfortable, he answers all your questions and to top it off he's got a great sense of humor!!!! I can honestly say that I will never go to another OB/GYN as long as Dr Fleisher is still practicing!!! He is by far absolutely THE BEST!!! Vanessa St Pierre
Closed office at green valley w/o referring # or info.....
Dr. Fleisher makes everyone feel comfortable! I've been seeing him for 15+ years.
I have been going to Dr Fleisher for 13 years and 4 kids. He's an amazing Dr and a real down to earth person. We just love him!! We always have good laughs.
Great doctor !!
I am 19 years old and went into Fleishers OBGYN office for my annual check up and told them i was having pain. They did an ultra sound the day after and they told me i need immediate surgery for which i had a tumor the size of a large golf ball. Fleisher was very helpful to my stressing mind and reassured me everything was going to go smooth and without difficulty. He made me knowledgable on the DiVinchi robot procedure which made the thing scarier. He was an amazing surgeon and anyone who can do surgery through a robot with no problems should be highly recommended. Best Doctor i know.
I recently had a DaVinci hysterectomy. For me it was a very difficult decision that took 6 months and 3 doctors to make. Regardless of my 2nd and 3rd opinion, I knew Dr. Fleisher would be the only one I would trust to perform it. Dr. Fleisher is a very intelligent and knowledgeable doctor which is coupled with a sincere caring for his patient. He is very direct and has a seasoned sense of humor. I personally love and appreciate that about him. When my 15 year old daughter is ready, Dr. Fleisher will also be her ob/gyn.
Had I taken the bad reviews more consideration I would have avoided a terrible experience with the MD, the entire Green Valley OBGYN office, and Dr. Tyre. I will try to be as brief as possible for those considering Dr. Charles Fleischer for their obgyn needs: Initial office feel: Horrible! Staff is rude and not courteous in the least. They will not inform you if the doctor is running late so expect longer wait times (which I think is necessary for the working woman and people with children) Promptness: Don't make any plans the day of your appt. My shortest wait time was 1 hour. I waited 3 hours for my appt that was scheduled 3 days before my son was due, after waiting 3 hours with another woman whom he called in because of positive test results he needed to discuss with her asap, we were told despite us two being the only ones left to see, he left for the day and we could reschedule or be seen by a nurse practitioner. After explaining I was supposed to discuss my options because he told me he was going to schedule an induction I was told I could schedule an appt the next week and double book with another patient. Bedside Manner: Prepare to be treated like a number. He will ask the same exact questions each time you see him. He was not there to deliver my son (and I had the misfortune to meet Dr. Tyre- rude, treats nursing staff like servants, huffs and puffs like a child) and did not see me once while I was in the hospital. There were complications during delivery so I had to 6 days post partum, when the day finally came to be released, it was delayed because Fleischer would not return calls to the hospital to clear me to go home. Normally, your follow up visit is with one of their amazing nurse practitioners. due to my complications I had to see him one last time. When he walked in he made a joke about what happened, didn't check me to see if placenta was still stuck as I was told he was supposed to do, then asked me, "So what did you have?" This may not be the most coherent review, but please, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. You will save your time and sanity. You will find most of the people you are waiting with in the waiting room for hours on end are his patients. If you hear people complaining or yelling about issuing complaints to their insurance providers, rest assured they are talking about Dr. Fleischer. Heed the warnings. I wish I had. The joyous experience of having a child should not be tainted by a terrible person. If you are seeing him now and feel stuck, you can call your insurance provider, tell them you are unhappy with this MD and they will allow you to change! You don't have to settle for this guy! It's never too late!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
