That front women receptionist was rude and disrespectful to my mom. My mom went in to ask about a phone call she received and she was acting dumb and being rude. If you don’t want your little receptionist job go get another job where you don’t have to interact with people. She didn’t want to answer my moms questions and was laughing with her other male coworker.

Very bad experience times 2. First visit was horrible she took two weeks to check results and to tell me I am having a silent miscarriage after getting my first ultrasound. She is “always busy” never available to provide proper guidance. Second visit was to ask questions about questions and she directly referred me to a fertility specialist then why did I schedule an appointment I could have directly gone to a specialist myself. Worst experience. Don’t go.

Here at Southwest Medical for a 9am appointment. It is 10am and I am still in the lobby. I check with front desk and they said doctor is behind but over an hour wait for a scheduled appointment does not seem right.
