This Is Insane How They Have No Openings Until January… We’re In The Beginning Of November. We Either Need Them To Open Up A New Office Or Allow Appointments To Be Booked Online. I Request An Opening For Approval Online But She Said That Didn’t Matter. Again We Need To Be Able To Book For Ourselves Online. Because I Believe The Receptionist Is Giving The Appointments To There People And Leaving Me And My People For January. It’s Unfair And Observed
Note- if you bring more than 1 child with you, they will tell you once you're there, to leave the additional children ALONE in their office with no supervision and their door wide open! What in the actual 😳 If your child has a Dr's appointment, you may not bring any other children with you. The office did not state this when I made the appointment or when I received the confirmation phone call. I get to the office with 3 of my daughter's, after check-in I was informed I had to leave my 7yr and 8yr girl's in their office unattended! This is 1000% unexceptable to give a parent as an expectation. This came directly from dr. Tottori, after having the staff ask him to make an exception. I will never be back, and will continue to share my concerns with other's in regards to this Dr's office!
THE BEST ALLEGIST IN VEGAS THE STAFF IS SO SO AMAZING AND CARING AND HELPFUL.I needed help with specific medication and insurance Co. Would not approve been waiting on this medication for like 14 months.. Yea right. This Doc and his staff went right away to consult with insurance Co. And got in approved in like 7 days ..I had it in my hand.AMAZING CARE . AMAZING PHYSICIAN. Cannot say how thankful I am to have them in my corner. THANK YOU
Very professional and kind workers.
Extremely frustrating if you need any sort of drs note. If you miss the phone call from the nurse or medical assistant you are SOL. You just have to leave another voicemail and wait ANOTHER week for a call back. I just need a letter saying, “Yes my daughter was prescribed this epipen due to her peanut allergy” but it’s gonna take 8 weeks to get it. I hope daycare doesn’t kick her out by then. Or that she doesn’t have an allergic reaction. MY BAD that I was at work and couldn’t answer the phone.but to provide no extension, the only option is: sorry you just have to try again. So unprofessional and inconsiderate.
I was seen by doctor Thomas chu in regards to my recent hive. He was very informative and didn’t rush out of the office. Ariana (I hope I got it right) was even more helpful. She was super kind and cute, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Definitely recommend the staff and service the provide here.
I went in for a standard appointment and was met by a extremely rude Dr. Who accused me of not following through with my allergy shots. This was completely false as I always kept with the shot schedule. I asked him if it could be a mistake and he said”We don’t make mistakes “. I tried to speak with him and he just got more aggressive and rude, he got up to leave, told me to find another Dr. And said he was done with me. Never in all my years has a medical professional treated me badly and so rude. This office is filthy and poorly run. Waiting time for your appointment is well over an hour of your scheduled time. People need to know of this poorly run medical office!
Really poor service here, still operating on outdated covid protocols. They asked if my 1 year old had been experiencing "chest tightness" as if she could even come close to communicating a complaint like this. Waited 20 minutes after scheduled appointment to go back to a room. Only one parent allowed, waited another 20 minutes for the doctor to come in. He was difficult to understand due to the thick mask he was wearing. He looked at my daughter's birthmark, assumed she had sensitive skin and prescribed her a steroid cream because he didn't bother to ask questions and assess her. Ended up leaving after an hour and a half without paperwork because apparently nearly an hour is not long enough to get lab slips written out. Communication is horrible. There is no reason an appointment with a one year old should take over 1.5 hours. Save your time and energy and go somewhere else.
Everything was amazing I entered in and was served within a few short minutes. Dr. Tottori was quick and insightful to assess my problems and questions. Nurse Ariana was very resourceful and pointed me to many different sources of information including referrals to other Doctors to help me with my issues. Tldr: the staff was awesome, quick, and friendly!
Terrible. Upon entry to his practice, the person at the door took my temperature and asked what my appointment was for..we discussed the medicine i had taken i explained benedryl and amounts. Last taken was on Sunday, the appointment was on Tuesday. This was explained to Doctor too. They did a big panel on testing for what i could be allergic to. I explained I believe a tree. I gave past history etc. Test came back false negative due to meds( benedryl). Test should not have been performed. Usually its about being of anthistimines and bendryl for 2 weeks . Not 2 days! and bendryl for 2 weeks . Not 2 days! your eyes swell shut and you mouth swells and yo show pictures to doctor ..it has now happened again. I called to only hear and be told she does not handle and the other person was new !

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
