I always get great service at Desert radiology. Porscha (not sure if her name is spelled correctly) is always so friendly and helpful. Both the nice lady who took me back and my technician I think his name was was Jeff maybe were both very kind and professional.

Their billing is outsourced and it SUCKS. They overcharge you and it's hard to get reimbursed. Then they do not send you a billing statement at all and send it to collections??? What kind of billing department is this? They need to fix this!! Super annoying and frustrating!!!
