I waited three months for the appointment then they called and asked me could I change the appointment to another date she said to be there at 1:00 I said ok too off work I got there at 1:07 the person at the reception desk said they would not be able to see me because I was late a hole 7 minutes have you ever been to a doctors office and had 20 minutes later than your appointment? don’t waste your time with these people. I guess it was Friday afternoon they did not have time for a person that was seven minutes late i’m sure they are on time all the time yeah right 🤮🤮🤮👎🏿

This is part of vascular vein specialists. They are unprofessional and basically scammers that only care about billing their customers, not the results. Worst experience of my life here !!! save your time and money and go to doctors that actually care about you.

I love my doctor and most of the staff with one glaring exception. Debra Lampkey is the worst human being I have ever had the misfortune of coming in contact with. She is a miserable human being and spews her bile at anyone she comes in contact with. I really have no idea how she still has a job. Go there but avoid her at all costs

I was referred to Dr. Luh by my primary care doctor. After a couple of visits and tests, Dr. Luh put me in the care of their new doctor, Dr. Kottapalli. Dr. Kottapalli is incredible. He performed a procedure on my legs that has literally changed my life!! I am so grateful he recently joined the team here. On a side note - the staff has been nothing but polite and friendly, so not sure why negative reviews are being written on them??

My husband scheduled an 10:30 appointment and waited for 3 hours after the scheduled time. When waiting the staff were rude acting like they don’t care for theirs patients that are waiting for so long and being completely uncouth. Giving one star for the staff not being civilized.

they give you conflicting information over the phone , not caring of their patients at all, basically wasted my time and my lawyers time , they close before hours state they should close if I am told be there by 5 and show up at 4:45 that is before 5 so there for stop having hour workers leave 30 mins early if they have patients, I will be filing a formal complaint with the state board for discrimination and unfair practice

Was referred here by my primary care. At first I was nervous but they got me in within a week. The Dr. was so kind and put me at ease, I was thankful. They’re kind and professional here.
